Same here, and I applied yesterday. Anybody else has the same problem? Any successes?

I got the cc number, "name", address, and 3 digit security code. Applied for Global Entry and the cc information was successfully applied.

I see the same if I use the direct link. If I follow the link from my account: https://www.united.com/web/en-US/con...ices.aspx#gecb
it says ...

Your personalized code is not ready yet.
Thank you for your request. Your code is taking longer than usual
to be generated. We apologize for any inconvenience.

so it looks like I just need to wait ...

Now I am getting this as well. Looks like something is broken.

Yup-same here. Went from having the address but no CC info as noted by others to "taking longer than usual"

Don't worry, I'm right there with you. Had started my application a few days before, and then saw this right after I paid.

At the very least we churned another $100 on our CCs :/

On Friday afternoon I requested a code for my 1K friend using his profile... he got the email on Friday night at 10pm saying the code had been generated. He forwarded the email to me today and I logged in to find that the "code" is really just a MasterCard number with the name of "Global Entry" on it with expiration date, address, and SIC code. I went onto GOES and applied for Global Entry for him..used the card number and it worked flawlessly.

Interesting how they're doing it using a credit card number rather than some kind of promo code.

It's really the only way they can do it without cooperation from GOES and the GOES website doesn't have that capability built in to it. I doubt they'd add that just because UA wants them to.

I guess the system is broken.

Got code sometime around 9pm on Friday 07/27 after applying for it on the UA website at noon.

Completed GE application shortly thereafter on same day. Now pending review. Will see how long it takes.

Means no change on the USA Government's processing of applications -- all the effort on the UA side.
