Hi..I keep getting this error when searching for Skymiles availability..

When using the [Awards/SkyTeam] Method, that message is displayed when there is no Award Availability. However, in your scenario, the issue is the complete lack of flights.

Anything wrong with the tool at the moment? The below is just not a very likely situation :-)

PS: I have tried it with various time options - it doesn't improve the situation.

Can someone please post the availability on LH 612 (FRA-GYD) on May 26th?

I am getting zero availability at LH official website for the whole week 26-31 May. This applies to both C and Y revenue tickets, which I find rather strange.

I'm new to KVS as of a few hours ago, and I'm having trouble getting any UA information on the "R" availability.

I've performed a few tests and R shows available on united.com in expert mode, but I can't get the same thing to show up using the tool.

An example is KWI - IAD on October 22.

Does anyone know of a previous post to explain how to get this? I was told by the 1K Desk that if the R cabin showed available, then I could use my Global Premier Upgrade for this ticket. It's just too time consuming to use their website.

If you are still working on May 5th/6th now is the time to start actively looking. E.g. one first seat is open on CX879 on the 5th for OneWorld partners (BA via AwardNexus) and one business seat open on CX879 on the 6th for OneWorld partners. For AsiaMiles there are 2x F seats on the 5th and 7th. 2x Business class on the 6th.

Flights are very full SFO-HKG on the 5th/6th, especially on the 5th (I'm very surprised they are even offering the one F seat) your best bet looks like CX879 on the 6th in business class, maybe first if you are lucky. You may find that they open 1x F seat and 1x C seat on CX879 on the 6th.... consider grabbing them and maybe closer to flight time a 2nd F seat will become available and you change the C booking to an F booking.

Over the next few days more availability may open up for OneWorld partners... you should check regularly, like 2x daily.

KVS Tool: AA AM Redemption and Upgrade availability
 
I am slow at this stuff, so my renewal to Diamond tier and new search today was expected to produce a stuttering affair. I was not disappointed in that, at least.
I am searching for availability on AA on flts 135 and 136 in August. I have registered my CX and BA FF nos and pws.
I try method: availability ETR [whatever that means] as the other 2 methods don't work at for AA.
I try using OW CX and OW BA.
Nothing shows.
I try looking on American itself on the Tool. Nada.
I cleared cookies in Firefox and tried again. No joy.
And yet I see availability on American's own site. Weird.
Can someone offer a suggestion, please?

You must be looking at the wrong Award Type on AA.com:

Thanks for the reply! After countless hours of searching, I was able to find what I needed. I'll be traveling from CLT to NRT using a GPU on UA, then returning from HKG, also using a GPU.

The tool was very useful to find award flights with *A once I get to my destination. I'll be traveling to SYD, AKL and other destinations, all FC, thanks to the tool.

Unfortunately, not very useful for determining the United GPU availability. I realize that it's United's fault, not KVS.

KVS Tool Trouble Shoot
 
Anyone have problems with the KVS tool initial download? I keep getting an error message when I try to search award tickets saying:

"Data Source Error

Unable to Login/MSIE Cookies Error"

I've emailed KVS helpdesk twice and still haven't heard back from them. I'm frustrated that my trial is running out and I haven't even be able to use it once. Any help would be appreciated...

I am going to be happening on a good share of US miles, I am trying to find to NAT (Natal, Brazil) which I can't search on the USDM website. I am looking for award availability on JJ so I can call in and book. I am not finding a way to find this under award/upgrade search... what am I doing wrong?

Please provide a screenshot of your MSIE Cookie settings via http://Contact.KVSTool.com/

Also, clear and re-enter your QF Membership Credentials in the [Settings] tab.

I can use the KVS Availability tool to find partner award flights on skyteam, but is there to find which of those flights are available to be booked by partner airlines? I have KE Skypass Miles, and have called them trying to book flights on Delta that show availability with EF and KVS, but been told that those flights are not available to them to be booked.

KVS Tool does display Partner Award Availability -- what are the Flights in question?

You can search for Award Flights from/to multiple airports within the same city (e.g. NYC or LON), but not multiple cities at once.

I just called to skypass to ask about these flights, and they said no X (YS) were showing up available in their system.

Connecting flights on June 3rd:
KL 606 from SFO to AMS
KL 1823 from AMS to TXL

Is this a situation in which KL isn't allowing these seats to be taken by korean air skypass members?
