Error using AC/*A method
I keep getting errors:
Error 12029, when using AC method to search *A award space. I am not getting errors when using SkyTeam and OneWorld award search. Any idea why? The AC user name provided is current. Thank you. |

Now I have another issue - the BA search method stating an error about CAPTCHA method. I did login to my BA account, and it did have another CAPTCHA verification. I restarted KVStool and still getting the same error. Any idea why? |

I found what the error is - my company network blocked the traffic.

You're doing it surreptitiously by using a scraping tool that pretends to be something it's not. Interesting that your company blocked access to air Canada. I wonder if AC complained about the traffic coming from your network. That would be a new twist - use KVS, break terms and conditions, put your miles at risk, and now risk your job in the process! |

Most firms will have policies forbidding the use of KVS on company assets. Now they not enforce these policies all the time, but it's a handy tool of they want to dismiss you for some other reason.

The [Awards/AC-StarAlliance] Engine was down earlier on today.
Please try again now and contact us directly if the issue persists. Datasource Error [RW]: Engine Error [EP]. Sounds familiar? Any resolution? it stops my search every time and makes calendar search rather useless... |
