I wrote about the DANGERS
of international roaming last week:

Most people don't realize just how expensive this can be. You are looking at $20/MB on most networks!

BTW: It's also the same on the Nokia E66 and Nokia E71's that just came out. No Blackberry support, they also use Microsoft Exchange Support.
SO the same insane roaming rates apply. I'm stuck still using my e61i as it's 3G and works with a Blackberry roaming flat rate plan. Unless I see a flat rate roaming plan for iPhone push email I'm sticking with Blackberry, my 14 days or so a month out of the US can't afford to use anything other than Blackberry right now

Agreed. That's just what the store guy said when explaining why I might need to return the headset

3G data on prepaid plans are not so great.
Maybe Wifi roaming is the way to go.

It doesn't bother me. I have a charger in the car, my briefcase, and at my home machine. I just keep it plugged in whenever possible.

I am an original iPhone owner so I like them--that said I was on the phone for a couple hrs today due to when syncing my 3G when it gets to "backing up sandyweb33's iPhone" it takes 20+ mins. Apple is sending me another phone--they say tomorrow. Anyone else have this issue?

Apparently so.
Tonight I noticed that the upper-right-hand battery indicator took a couple more hours of charge (after the primary indicator was "full") before the "lightning bolt" turned into a "plug". Perhaps I didn't fully charge it yesterday.
We'll see what tomorrow brings.
It looks like the charging cable from my iPod Nano also works with the iPhone. ^
That is why I traded my P900 for a Razr.

I tried 3 different AT&T stores in Long Beach all weekend and they were all out of stock immediately.
