I've seen 'em all hit my SPG account +1000 then -1000 - even for the award stays. Woohoo.
Nothing yet on Delta's side. This will wind up making a nice "backup stash" of miles on DL.

I didn't want to post in a new thread, but I have a question regarding the booking of these free nights.
I am trying to use my award. The hotel I would like to stay at (Bear Mountain, Victoria, BC, Sept 25) has no award nights using points only, but is offering cash & points for the same evening.
Seems peculiar. Are they just zeroing their award nventory to block the free night usage?

Are standard rooms (lowest room category) available for paid bookings?

I had 10k go in and leave my spg acct earlier this week. Havent seen it in my DL acct. as of yet.

The standard room (the room style that is available the day before when free nights are available) can be booked for the night I want if you use cash & points AND if you enter my corporate code, but not if you leave it blank.
