You earned 1,000 SPG points for the stay. Then SPG "redeemed" the 1,000 SPG points in order to transfer them to your NWA account. On the net you get zero additional SPG points but 1,000 new NWA miles.

I had 9 eligible stays during the promo period. I see the 18 transactions in my SPG account, but I only received 1000 miles in my Delta account thus far. Do you think this is an error or they are posting to DL in waves over many days?

I had the NW points post/debit from my SPG account 8 days ago, but nothing in my NW WP account has shown up. I wonder how long I should wait to make an inquiry?

I had 1 post on the 1st and nothing since ... I plan to make contact on Tuesday (giving an extra day for Labor day) if I don't have anything posted. I figured 2 weekends are enough.

Has anyone seen more than one incoming transaction? I wonder if the computers at DL and NW saw a whole bunch of identical incoming transactions and they rejected them as duplicates.

Could be - a couple of years ago there was an issue with DL and AMEX credit card deposits.

Was just in touch with the SPG and was told that there was some "issues" with this part of the promo. Was told to contact again at the end of the month if the miles are not posted. This delay doesn't affect me because I hadn't been planning using the miles anytime soon.

I too only had 1 of 11 post. I called SPG and they said it takes up to 14 days to post. If it wasnt posted after 14 days, just to give them a call and they would be happy to take care of it and run a tracer on the missing ones.

I was looking for a stay with SLS at Beverly Hills.
But I was told that this property doesn't have standard rooms, so I can't use this 9FWFN promo
