Both DH and I hit SPG50 over the last few days in each of our accounts.
We travel mostly for leisure these days as a family of five and require two rooms in most places. Though maybe we should book two rooms under one account instead of one in each.

Three more stays this year so unless something changes, I should end 2018 with my personal record of 189 nights. I don't know whether to be pleased or to feel pathetic.

Just made Plat50 - status challenged early this year and thanks to two double elite credit promotions this year ... yay
Now not sure what to pick for my Plat50 benefit .... I guess almost all of us picks the 10 suite nights?

I just stopped at 51 nights. I was fairly disappointed by the lacking of recognition upon crossing the LTP threshold, and the overall lack of exclusive member promos over the last few years, so I didn't see the point in bothering to give anymore nights this year.

Looks like I made it to 77 with some late in the year stays (and the bonus). I look forward to the extra point and do not hope for much from Your24.
Still a few more years short of LTP so I will have to see what the merger offers and whether "my" hotels continue to offer a good price/value experience.

My last client contract ended early, so rather than blast through requalification this year, I just squeaked in 50 nights with a very pleasant 3 night personal stay at the Aloft in Liverpool.
