Is there a lifetime gold card? I've seen pictures of the platinum one but was unable to find any of the gold card

How long is it currently taking to receive a lifetime platinum card after notification is received from *wood? Qualified over 6 weeks ago and nothing to date except an e-mail of congratulations.
