Wrong thread?
Wrong thread?
The non-participating property list just got a little shorter. These properties that were originally listed are now playing:
W Times Square
W NY Downtown
W Boston
Westin Copley
And, The Westin Dhaka is now in Bangladesh.

I've found this as well. My SNA for 5 nights at the Hotel Eden in Rome was approved, but the reservation showed a 1bdrm king suite, smoking. I just emailed the property to see if I could have a non-smoking suite, and they said it would not be a problem. They gave me the presidential suite. (=

suite nights
so far i made 6 requests and all request were denied.
the crazy thing is, when i checked in, i got everytime a suite.
why is it so difficult for the hotels, to give the suites in advance, but give it as a free upgrade at checkin?
i assume the hotels are getting some kind of compensation for the suite nights upgrades?
anyway, i have still 10 of my suites nights, and i wonder if i will ever use them.
even without, spg is the best program !

I thought the SNA were for the benefit of the plat member. I would say the manager did provide a good will gesture if a) it was for your parents and b) they didnt take them out of your account.

First attempt at using the SNR's
Sheraton Baltimore City Center
website showed no suites available for the length of my stay when I started to look a few days ago so my expectations where zero about getting it confirmed.
Today I received the confirmation email.
so I am 7 nights for 7 with 3 in the bank

5.Do Suite Night Awards expire?
Yes, members should check their Suite Night Awards activity page to confirm expiration dates. You will have at least a year to use your Suite Night Awards.
