Oh-so-thank-U, Monahos & Mauibaby for the clarifications! My account is not DL-sponsored, so it does not apply to me! False alarm

Not dead but they should be...
We recently moved from the UK to the USA. Every survey bounced when I tried to respond. Eventually hear back from customer service that this is due to ip issues. They change my address - great I get a whole new list of reward partners and can start taking surveys again. So I take around 5-7 surveys in the first week, go to exchange my rewards but wait! Only restaurants.com showing as reward partner. I write to complain only to be told that my rewards are in line with the airline partner I joined with - that would be Avios who I think are absolutely nothing to do with restaurants.com. When I point this out to e-rewards the case is 'closed' everytime with no response.
When I complain I am told that the rewards are set in relation to my location, so we found it most odd then that when my wife changes her e-rewards account to our new address she has access to the whole range of rewards....
These people are simply lying, I actually logged in again tonight, and saw my full range of rewards had been re-instated. Yippee! (Don't hold your breath) - so I took 4 surveys, went in to cash out my points and .....you guessed it just restaurants.com is available.
This is a scam as it is totally misleading to entice people to take surveys for rewards they can't redeem. The thing they seem to have missed is in the UK we have this minor thing called "The law" and it's certainly going to affect them in the UK. I'm writing not just to avios but to every single one of their partners to explain my case, and to consumer services in the UK - their partners might not all listen but I bet at least one of them does, and I guess consumer services shutting them down in the UK may slow them down.

I had a dry spell of a few weeks, but I got 2 surveys today. One was about auto insurance, asked me a bunch of ??s, but cut me off with a measly $0.25 when I said I hadn't read my auto-insurance co.'s magazine!
The other was about my electric utility co. & energy conservation, for which I got my $3.50.
So now I'm $0.30 away from my desired reward, after which I might forget it or at least take it easy. I have an account that allows access to all airlines & hotels.

After a long cold spell of not getting any surveys to completion, today I got a survey about my current car, maintenance, dealer, and plans on buying a new car. Easy but long survey, and I finally got to the end for the promised $6.25. Noticed too that had I not gotten to the completion, the promised payout to my account would have only been $0.20. When did that change from the $0.25 where it's been for years?
Getting one survey every week or two now.

This is not a uniform change. It's always different for each survey. I've gotten as much as $1.00 for partial surveys. $0.25 is just the most common one.

Has anyone been getting Hertz points in a timely fashion lately? Are the no-show redemptions from March/April finally showing up?

Hertz transfer update info for myself
El Cid - My hertz redemption is still a no show and under review by e-rewards. Received email on 6/13 stating they are investigating and will respond in 3 weeks (by July 3rd apparently). I would say the e-rewards/hertz transfer is still not a sure thing but best of luck to you if you do the transfer.

After being stuck at $22 for a while due to a dry streak I finally went over $25 and was able to cash in on my first reward (500 RR points). I signed up two months ago so hopefully 500 points every two months continues.

I've been collecting about $125 per quarter this year so I cash in for two different awards (one hotel, one airline) every three months.
