Have e-rewards got wise to HotSpot Shield? I'm overseas and I've not had a survey that hasn't "expired" immediately I click on it for at least a month, probably more, even though I get at least 5 emails from e-rewards each week. HotSpot Shield used to solve the issue of being abroad, but it doesn't seem to make any difference now, unless there's some other reason why I'm having problems. Any ideas?

When Delta pulled out of the program, we got a good two weeks warning of it. If they were going to lose Hilton, I'd hope they put up the same alert.

That's a good point. Still, it seemed odd that all award levels went oos at the same time. If it really were a question of having stock, one would expect them to go oos one at a time, so I was thinking this suggested a systemic issue, like perhaps a change in redemption amounts (as semi-recently happened for 7k HH points). But perhaps not. tls

If anyone's still wanting Delta miles, I've had pretty good luck so far with Harris Polls. (search them on you own and it'll come up pretty easily; if I try to copy a link while I'm logged into the site, it wants to dump a referral code in the header)
Each time they send you an e-mail about new surveys, when you click on the link, it dumps you into a survey router. I've been able to click that most recent e-mail several times. Sometimes you'll get a message about no surveys matching your demographics; sometimes you can get 3-4 different surveys from that one e-mail.
Redemption downside is that they can sometimes take a little longer than '10-15 business days' after you cash out. Redemption upside is that you redeem for a Skypeso voucher through points.com rather than linking a single FF number to your Harris account, so it looks like you might be able to deposit them in different Delta accounts as needed. (They've also got US Airways dividend miles.)

Had the same problem a few days ago (although it wasn't shampoo.) I emailed e-rewards to express my dismay at this chicanery, and they emailed back quite quickly to apologize and said I would be credited with the full amount.
When these things happen, you have to complain. E-rewards doesn't know the survey firms are pulling these stunts unless you tell them.

I'm in the same boat with a lot of posters about e-rewards transfer to Hertz. Did transfer on 3/31/13 and still waiting 6 weeks later. I have transferred to Hertz 2 or 3 times before that (most recently Q4 2012) and they typically took about 1 week.
Very disappointed as I typically redeem my points for Specialty car but looks like I'll have to stop now!
