Same here. I get them while at work and by the time I get home in the evening, they are already expired :td:

Same here, sometimes they are expired even an hour after they show up in my box!!

Still I get enough to cash out for 1000 miles a month in Hawaiian Miles. Between that and Amazon purchases, Hawaiian is looking pretty good.

I'm hoping I can get to $60 on both our accounts to cash out for Hertz before they expire (if they do this year) and then may stop dealing with them. I've been a member since almost the beginning, and now it's just becoming a bit too difficult to participate.

Does e-Rewards currency expire this year?
I have $65 in my statement and noticed a banner on my home page saying "Currency Expiration: Thank You For Your Participation."
Does it mean I lose 75% of the currency?

I sent an email to e-Rewards, confirmed my currency does not expire this year!!!
GREAT!!!

Did you click on the banner? When you do, the next page says "Thank you for your participation in the e-RewardsŪ program. Because you are a valued Member, the e-Rewards Currency in your account will not expire this year and will remain available to you for Reward redemptions for another Membership Year."

I had a technical problem with a survey the other day and never got my $2. CS responded to my message within 2 days and credited my account. ^ Despite the difficulty in qualifying for surveys happy with this site so far.

I was actually offered a $25 survey this week... never had one that high before.

Turned out to be highly technical IT-related and I didn't qualify.

The best reason for holding on to them, if this applies to you, is that a lot of the airline rewards can only be redeemed at intervals, maybe every 90 days for example. (Not everyone has the same rules, I don't think, depends on when and how they were invited.) The redemption interval isn't dependent upon the amount redeemed.

But for example I can usually get to $100 in 3-4 months, so I hold on until I get there, since if I cash in at $25 I can't redeem again for 3 months.

I signed up to e-rewards a couple of months back and thus far every single "long" survey I have tried to complete has returned that I'm not in the profile they are looking for. Is e-rewards really that bad and assigning surveys? I have completed all the profile information.

They're notorious for that, I can't count the amount of times that I've spent 10-15 minutes only to find that "You don't qualify" It shouldn't take them that long to let you know you didn't meet the criteria.

Welllll nowwww, that's a matter of opinion. :) Actually, though, I've been fortunate to pull high dollar surveys for many years now. I believe its not so much a matter of assigning the correct suirveys as it is what surveys are empowered to them to match their membership.

e-rewards.co.uk or e-rewards.com? Most surveys from the latter automatically disqualify non-US IP addresses.

After a few surveys you will understand how to customize your answer so that you do qualify for them. If one always answers 100% truth, it may be very difficult to qualify. Also I don't think their system is smart enough to understand customized responses. Otherwise why do they ask age in every survey - can't it just pull from the personalized link for the survey and tie to the profile of the individual. Anyway this is just my observation. As always YMMV ..

It absolutely should not take 75% of the alleged survey time for them to ascertain if you qualify or not after asking you 30 questions. They are also really good about "erroring out" about 15 mins into a 20 min survey.

This has happened to me numerous times as well. I've always emailed e-r cs and asked them to credit the account, with the correct survey info. Always has been resolved to my satisfaction. Remember, much of the time, you're directed the site administering the survey (meaning not the "host", e-rewards). These sites include: opinionate, surveyliciuous, etc. Sometimes they don't configure their surveys in the best manner, but e-rewards always has made good on their reward to me. Very repsonsive cs.
