I got around this trading in the CC. It's good if you need it only occasionally, though.

Just a warning. I hope this can be sorted out, but eRewards just enforced the 1-account policy on me closing my active account. I've been with them for 5+ years, and receive invitations to join through other sponsors even today which is a bit of a mixed message. I actually enjoyed a lot of the surveys, especially when I got to see TV previews in advance or something about a new product. I'll be disappointed if forced to leave.

I haven't received an E-Rewards survey in ages... ever since around Christmas time it has slowed down dramatically.

No slowdown here. Almost $30 this month alone, wife has a similar total. Have you updated your profile recently?

I've updated one or two of the sections recently... do you think it's best to check off everything or just select things in order to maximize survey opportunities?

Wow, I'm sorry to hear that.

How were you identified as having more than one account?

Since they allow the name and address to be changed so freely/frequently, why don't you keep a different name on each of your e-rewards account. Then you can just change it to the desired name at the time of redemption.

My account was deactivated and I activated it recently. I have been getting a few surveys every week or so.

I just redeemed another $25.00 worth for 500 more Alaska miles - for surveys between first of December through end of January. And now, I'm up to $8.00 again. They must really like me.

To date, I've redeemed about 3000 or 3500 miles.

I used to have an E-rewards account but haven't used it in (literally) years...so I'm trying to get a new account as my account has been closed.

Can someone refer me please?

There's no referrals, by invitation only.

I'm thinking if they already flagged his account, he may be worse off doing that now.

I'd redeem and forget about it.
