The last survey I received was dated Feb 29 - nothing since then, and I check the site daily. Based on the postings here, it doesn't seem this is a widespread issue - has anyone seen anything like this in the past? Other than emailing their customer service, any other suggestions?

The frequency of the surveys is highly individual. Moreover, it's better to check your e-mail too, as sometimes I've received surveys in the mail and they could not be seen in e-rewards site at that time. Updating your profile may help.
If nothing helps, your account may have been flagged as unhelpful/ giving random answers/ trying to guess the right answers, in which case you'll never get more surveys. Customer service will tell you if this is the case.

This last point is why I always try to answer surveys truthfully. Even though I know that answering, "I do less than half of the grocery shopping" will get me kicked out of a given survey, I suspect that I get offered surveys more often than "gamers" do because e-Rewards knows that for the surveys I do qualify for, I will give them high quality answers that are worth paying me for.

I think their selection is solely based on demographics, not on what kind of quality answers you think they will give them. On one of the surveys I was sent there was a technical glitch and I could see the programming code behind the questions. There were only five demographic groups that qualified and caucasian females was not one of them. I answered truthfully and immediately got kicked out. I also definitely have been getting more surveys ever since I started getting more creative with my responses.

For the person who's not getting any surveys, updating your profile may help. I did this once and increased the number of my "interests" etc, and immediately started getting triple the number of surveys as before.

Sometimes if I don't get any emails for a while I click on an old email which will take me to a survey I already took, but once I click next there will be a brand new survey for which I'm eligible. I don't know why I get an email notification for some surveys and not others.

For those wondering if there have been surveys coming in recently or not, I joined e-rewards on March 3rd 2012, and have already accumulated $52 worth of credits. So they are definitely out there, just got to keep your profile updated like others mentioned I guess.

Unfortunately this is not always the case. Many rememver a couple of years ago when they sent out a "test survey" on something like "Rhouzan's Syndrome" (or something like that). There are like 6 people in the world who have it, and anyone who answered the qualifier with a "yes" had there account summarily banished to the never-again-receive-another-survey-zone.

LOL. I guess a good advice would be if you don't know what the survey is talking about, at least Google it first

These kinds of redemption restrictions are the reason why a lot of us do NOT hoard erewards points/currency! As soon as I get enough for the maximum HHonors points reward, I redeem.

That's hilarious! I lost interest in doing E-Rewards a while ago, because I was so frustrated with answering many questions, and then getting disqualified.

Every once in a while, they throw in a zinger at a random point in the survey. It's usually in a long list of "check the box" questions and says something along the lines of, "Click the box all the way to the right." One time, I accidentally clicked the box all the way to the left and it immediately disqualified me. Missing one of those could be another reason that surveys DQ someone 15 minutes in.

I re-activated my e-rewards account recently and just noticed that it does not any any airline sponsor. I believe I got it through NWA. Does any body have an idea what could be the issue and how to fix it?

When the Iberia Avios points disappeared from my e-Rewards redemption list, I contacted e-Rewards to ask why. Here is the response I just received:

"Thank you for contacting e-Rewards. Unfortunately, due to recent changes of our airline sponsors, your previous reward options has been limited to the original rewards based upon your original account enrollment. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. In the event that you receive another invitation, you could cancel your current account and enroll through that invitation offer. However, please note that the sponsor in whom you enroll through determines which rewards are available to you."

Does anyone have any advice for getting an enrollment invitation that has broader choices for airline redemptions (Avios in particular)? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

OK so I just checked my account and USAirways is gone.
Now I can still use my points to load up hotel points for hits, but this still means I am down 1 free hit.

I haven't had any surveys in months.. I e-mailed them, and was told I don't currently fit the demographics their clients are looking for. No mention of being flagged as a bad survey taker.
