No, you should join via another invitation (from Southwest or any hotel program)

Are people still getting surveys? I havent gotten one in what seems like months. I have updated my profile, etc, but have not received anything.

About 2-3 per day for the month or so.

I haven't gotten anything in over a week either. Before that the most I used to get was 3-4 a week. I guess I should've embellished my profile when I created the account (invented kids etc).

It's really not obvious what it takes... I don't have kids yet I'm getting 1-2 surveys almost every day.

Tho I have noticed, quite a few of them start by asking which of a handful of major metro areas I live in. Maybe location is the major determinant?
