I've been doing the surveys for 11 months now, never had this issue before. Started a month ago and still and continuing. I have only been take 1 survey out of 20+ in the last month that was not "expired" the minute it arrives in my inbox. |

The last dozen surveys they sent me ALL said "this opportunity expired" even when I click on it the minute the email comes. Anyone else have this issue?

Hmm, I've followed this thread since the beginning and I only see the question raised a couple times and no answer. I see that a different expiration question (when do points expire) has been raised dozens of times. Could you please enlighten me on what I'm missing?

Currently I have 2 accts one was through la Quinta one through us airways. Both received initial joining bonuses. Is it possible now to us the us acct to deposit to la Quinta and vice versa or will this throw up a red flag?
|
It's possible, not sure about the red flag, but unlikely. Be sure to change names to correspond to target accounts. If you want to do this to avoid the time limitation (once in 30 days to a given account for example), it will NOT work.

No, what I understand from the question is that he/she has e-rewards account A transferring to mileage account 1 and e-rewards account B transferring to account 2. Now he wants A to transfer to 2 and B to 1, which is possible.

HHonors redemption option gone from my account. Others?
|
Just checked....mine is still there. I redeemed $100 for 7000 points yesterday. I didn't have Hilton for a while and then it appeared "magically" one day which made me very happy. I had been redeeming miles for PC points prior to that but prefer Hilton. Not asking any questions!

Can someone please tell me how long does it take to have TrueBlue points posted to your account once redeemed? I redeemed on the 8th.
Thanks |

$100 for 7,000 HH points is still on both of my accounts as of today.

Quick question for US based FT-ers:
How do you access and complete your ER surveys when [travelling] abroad? |

E-rewards [Master Thread]
So technically you're not allowed to have 2 accounts, but what if two people were collecting say, Hilton points and were depositing into the same HHonors account to use 1 award, Possible? Sorry if has been answered
|
Possible, but within time limitations. That is, it is once per 90 day per e-rewards AND Hilton account. By the way, the names generally should match, so you'll need to switch names every time when doing this and the whole story becomes very close to 2 accounts for one person :)

E-rewards [Master Thread]
Oh ok. Just a hypothetical. Thanks

this must be what happened to me too.
i never hear from them anymore, even though i've updated my profile, etc. interesting that my level is just short, by a teensy bit, of a cash-out threshold. hmmm. . . . .

I didn't get a survey invitation for over a year, and when I finally emailed them about it a few days ago, I got the following message:
"e-Rewards Member Services to me show details Sep 24 (1 day ago) Thank you for contacting e-Rewards. You inquired regarding the decreased frequency of survey invitations that you receive. We have reviewed your past participation in the e-Rewards program and have determined that we stopped sending survey invitations to you as a matter of policy. e-Rewards serves clients in the consumer packaged goods industry, auto industry, and in general to companies who provide products or services that are sold to businesses and consumers around the world. These clients use survey results to make decisions that have significant financial implications for their companies. As such they rely upon the quality of the survey answers they receive from e-Rewards panelists. From time to time our clients report that a specific panelist's answers to a survey are unusable because the e-Rewards panelist clearly did not provide consistent, plausible answers to survey questions. When we receive a number of such reports about the same e-Rewards panelist, we stop sending survey invitations to the panelist, as panelists who do not provide honest and thoughtful opinions are not of interest to our clients. Panelists who are no longer invited to participate in surveys may still have use of their e-Rewards accounts, and may redeem any and all outstanding balances at their disposal. Sincerely, Member Services" Wow, so they do this, after all! |

Is it only me, but I see that Hilton Honors rate for e-rewards now is $125 for 7K points. Last month it was only $100 for 7K points.

Can't say I'm surprised though. 7K for $100 was something of an outlier compared to the other hotel redemption options.

I checked my wife's account - she still has $100/7K HH rate. Maybe her account is older than mine, I don't see another reason why is that. |
I'm also still at $100 for 7,000 HH points. If that ever changes, I will seriously rethink whether to continue playing in e-Rewards' sandbox. And I've been playing there since e-Rewards started.

My husband's account, which he does use for Hilton...also went up to $125/7000. He just cashed in $50 the other day... |
I'm now at $125/7K even though the only thing I've ever cashed out was for Delta miles.

Mine (& rest of household) crept up to $125 also, I'm at $116 and was planning to cash in $100 for 7K today. Did the math & the $75 redemption for 4500 HH pts is now the best rate at 60 HH pts/$. the $125 option is now 56 HH pts/$ (down from 70). |
It seems to me that the accounts originally sponsored by HH still have the $100/7 K option. At least mine does. Others can share their experience.
|
DH and I both (Sponsored by USAir) redeemed $100 for 7K HH on a few days ago, now both accounts show a redemption rate of $125 for 7K.
|
The Starbucks cards look like good value. Would you guys agree? $145 e-rewards for $50 card?

Still, this stinks. tls |

I signed up under Delta and my rewards redemption options are still offering 7,000 Hilton for $100.
