Thanks. Mine haven't arrived yet after 4 days. Fingers crossed they get there soon before my redemption room goes!

Thanks for the tip about Hertz -> IHG. I did it but now it is 4 weeks and I don't see the points yet on my IHG account, seems to take long time. The points have disappeared from Hertz account though.

Scam survey alert.

The UK site has a survey asking about travel providers. Specifically it asks for your impressions of Expedia.

I answered a whole raft of questions on Expedia, then got kicked out with 25 points.

If you get this survey, screen yourself out by saying you have never used Expedia.

Same goes for the UK site's survey about voice-controlled home assistants (like Siri or Alexa)... just don't bother, as you will answer all questions, also demographics at the end, only to be disqualified.

Same if there are any type 1 diabetics who get a survey. I got one last night and gave them all kinds of info about my insulin uses and blood sugars only to get disqualified after five minutes.

My general rule of thumb is that I won't provide any of these survey sites with any medical background info, other than the most generic, i.e. I've had a cold in the past 3 years/I use cough drops occasionally, etc.

I think avios.com has a semi-permanent sign-up link.

Not explicitly, but the link is on the website. It seems to be an open invitation.
