This really bites. Coke should go back to a less graphically enhanced website and fire their IT people. This is ridiculous. First no codes were accepted, now the website can't spit out any codes! Anyone having any problems redeeming other rewards?? |

do we actually have confirmation from Coke that they are out of stock or is this just another technical difficulty? given the number of technical problems the site has had it doesn't seem unreasonable to think it is incompetence and not lack of inventory. i just discovered this program and only got one 500 skymiles award so i'll be sad if they are out of stock already.
i found these numbers on another site for the My Coke Rewards redemption people: 866-218-5697 or 1-800-438-2653. i'll be calling during business hours to find out what is going on. |
i want to know where people are getting this out of stock message, when i look up the reward it says its in stock, yes a error message comes up when you redem, look at your history, points deducted, points credited. i hope these arent the same people that said they where already out of stock when there was technical difficulties the second day after the new rewards came out. or watch out, the THE SKY IS FALLING, or is it THE SKYMILES ARE FALLING!

well if history holds true, after 6 months after the program started last year is when the miles were out of stock and once they were gone, they were gone, no errors, no advertising of skymiles reward
