glad to hear this. since they've been gone for awhile, i was curious and emailed MCR. here is the non-responsive reply i got:

We understand that it is frustrating when an item for which you have
been saving points is no longer available. However, the Rewards catalog
is constantly evolving, with new Rewards being added and sometimes
replacing old ones, and we can not guarantee that any one Reward item will
remain in stock indefinitely. We value your comments/feedback as we
continue to look for ways to improve the My Coke Rewards program.

Yes. I haven't cleared out anything in cache or cookies. I am using Firefox... if it makes any difference.
