I am sure this has been noted somewhere, but I am getting Unknown Error:11 when redeeming the delta 5k award. Anyone else getting the same?

The noon-to-noon information is under "rules" on the web site:
3. Codes can only be used 1 time. Limit: 10 valid codes per Account, per day (12:00 p.m. ET through 11:59 a.m. ET). However, if an Enrollee enters 20 invalid codes before entering 10 valid codes, Enrollee will be unable to enter any more codes for that day.

the rules are well worth reading, if only for the section about what brands and packages have points (or, in most cases, "will have" at this time).

Oops. I read the times wrong.

Is it when you are entering the code to Delta? I had that happen and it was due to me entering a 1 and not a I in the code.

Thank you all for clearing up the time issue. I actually emailed Coke and the reponse I received was 12:00 midnight Eastern to 12 midnight Eastern. It was obvious to me, that was not correct and I have been very curious about it. Thanks !!

You're correct. I cashed my points in an it only took Delta 2 days to post them to my FF account. It all went surprisingly smoothly.

I just cashed out into Delta also and it was quite smooth. It's unfortunate, but with offers disappearing at Coke's whim, I'm cashing points out as soon as I can. Given the connection between Coke and Delta, I can't imagine the Delta miles are going anywhere, but why take the chance?

FYI - Just tried to redeem for the 5k Delta reward...apparently it is out of stock. Not sure if this is a temporary glitch, since I never received an email that it was running low, but just wanted to give a heads up.

I just checked and both levels of Delta miles redemption are still listed in the rewards section.

It shows that both are available, but when you try to redeem it (the final step where you confirm), an error appears since it's out of stock. Who knows.

I was afraid of that, as I didn't try to redeem. I hope it will be back, as so many people seem here to feel it is THE reward of choice.
