Well, I just reached 1000 points (1003, actually) and cashed them in for 5000 Delta miles. I had been wondering if I could actually get some kind of cool toy (MP3 player, DVD player, Nintendo Wii, etc), but it took me a year or more to accumulate these 1000 points. I can't imagine how long it'll take me to accumulate enough to get one of those things.
Now I'm down to 3 points. I guess it's time to start all over again... |
The people who designed the site definitely went for flash over substance. (sorry)
What I find odd is it's easier to click once on "don't know" than it is to choose the product you had. If they want accurate information, they should've designed that part better. I always click on "don't know". I don't understand why the can't figure it out from the number anyway unless they're testing to see if we're brand conscious. |

I agree that this is really silly. We ARE brand conscious, it's just that we drink different varieties within the family. We throw all the lids in a jar and enter ten a day. No way to know at that point who drank the soda, which would indicate whether it was a Coke or Diet Coke.

When I enter codes I am NOT asked what brand the code came from - in fact a visual of ther brand shows up in the window that tells me how many points I've earned. Intersting!

It seems I didn't enter 15 for a little while.

That happens with the codes from the 12 packs. With the cap codes, the next screen asks you for the brand.
Thanks! Kate |
I have 99 points, can anyone spare 1 cap please?

Best Values
I'm thinking the best values are the $100 Blockbuster and the $75 Blockbuster. But the old $100 Blockbuster was 2 years from last use. The new expires Dec 2007. And the $75 card has some wierd disclaimer about $15 at a time.
I think I 'll get one of each and them I'm out. Hilton was great last year. The PC points aren't worth the time to type in the codes, IMHO. And I don't collect Delta. Although, if I did, I'd still buy the Blockbuster card and sell it on ebay and buy my Delta ticket with cash. For that matter, the MCR to Blockbuster to cash for a paid ticket on any airline works. |
