Only the last one worked for my buddy's & my own accounts. Did not matter whether I cut & pasted or entered by hand.

can't register
 

i've tried registering for a mycokerewards account every day for the last week but can't. everyday i get to the second screen and then an internal error message pops up. i emailed them earlier this week to notify them and ask for assistance. they acknowledged the problem and said they were working on it. did they take a really long lunch break?

anyone else having trouble registering or is everybody here a long-time member?

I had trouble all day today trying to register, i finally got it to work, but clicked on enter codes, then clicked on register and that worked. if your going to register, you should have someone refer so they get free points, like your friend or even me. hope that helps

oh those 4 codes mentioned worth 28 points worked on my new account, so thats easy 28 points

So code-not-entered-correctly is the new confusing error message you get when you already have redeemed the code.

Quick question

I have a PC account, gen'l level, that I've used once 3 years ago, I still have the 730 points in the account.

I want to use the mcr points to transfer into PC points. How does MCR know to move these points into my PC account if they don't have an account number?

Since there appears to be a lot of people posting who are new to MCR, thought I’d recap the bonus codes that have appeared on Flyertalk so far. If I missed any, please let me know.

Some of these might not be working at all. For example, some of them had an expiration date of January 15. However, as recently as March 10, someone posted on these boards that the “expired” codes worked for them.

Some might not work for one person, but will work for the next person. The trouble is that the first person already entered the code. The MCR system frequently gives weird error messages when entering bonus codes, so do not trust it when it tells you maximum number of redemptions has been met, code has expired, or code not entered correctly when you know darned well you did.

In sum, if a code fails for you, PLEASE do not post here that it’s “dead.” Just because it did not work for you does not mean it won’t work for someone else who has never used it.

Other:
- these codes do not count toward your maximum of 10 per day.
- on previous double points days, bonus codes such as these did not get doubled.
- as of 5-23-2007 we've had one experience with a code that could be entered more than once, on different days, refreshing at 8 p.m. each day.

Edit: the first four worked in a test devilish did on 4-23-2007 by creating a new account and trying all of them (wish I'd thought of that!). The others ... suffice to say they're not new if found on some other forum or whatnot. Still, if one has never entered a given code, it might work.

People were able to use this code up to four times on consecutive days, with it "refreshing" at 8 p.m. Eastern time. As of 5-22, it appears to have expired. (Edit: on May 27 essjay reported that this code worked for him. I tried it May 28 and it did not work for me ... I previously entered it 4 times. Whatever, this reinforces that it's worth trying a code if there is any chance that you have not used it before.)

When I redeemed MCR points for PC points I received a code that I then entered into my PC account - I did not give my PC number to Coke.

This is exactly the point that ZeppoX was trying to make. None of these codes are new -- many of them have been floating around for months -- and in fact, they include the codes you posted yesterday (that you say did work for you then).

The fact that they don't work for you or other people means that you have entered them already. If they do work for other people, it's only because those people hadn't entered them before.
