I have been trying to redeem for 500 miles this afternoon and everytime I try I get an error message. Anyone else having this problem?

I got an email this evening from cust serv saying that it's a known technical issue that IT is attempting to fix. I don't think they are out. At least I hope not since they have only been there two weeks. It took until sept for them to run out last year.

This is very annoying. I have been trying to redeem for SkyMiles for the over 2 days now. No luck. This is very poorly run. I HOPE HOPE HOPE they had enough sense to really stock up on SkyMiles. They can't be out after only a couple of weeks, can they?????

I'm having the same problem so I wrote to them. Response was they were aware of it. Then today I received this message:

"Thank you for contacting My Coke Rewards. We appreciate you taking the time to contact us regarding this issue.

We tested the feature and it appears to be functioning properly. We have found that customers can often resolve similar issues by clearing their temporary internet files. We suggest you try this as well."

Then they proceeded to tell me how to clear the files for IE, AOL, etc. Guess What? Same error message "Error 11." Hope something gets resolved soon or I say boycott coke.

can't get code to work
 
everytime I try to punch in the Pirates Code. I get the following

"ofline" not offline is the spelling on the website as well

I keep the error when I try to redem for miles, but all my codes I entered just fine.

Where are you seeing that? When I pull them up it sayd they are in stock. I am just getting the error message 11 when I redeem.
