I guess time has proven that it always pays of to regularly check flight bookings on checkmytrip or myflights
I can't remember if I did get an email from QR about my AMS-DOH changes. Howeve, if you haven't got it yet can I recommend myflights app. You can add your QR booking (and some other airlines) to it and it will monitor them. If there are any changes you will get a notification on the app and an email highlighting what has changed. At least you will know if anything changes on the booking.

+1 ^. The app has been a life saver for me. With multiple ex-CAI QR bookings this summer sometimes it's been difficult for me to keep up with all the schedule changes. The app keeps on top of everything.

Yep, using it for years now!
Doesn't work for all airlines though, but the majority works perfectly fine!

In terms of the MyFlightsApp discussion, it's worth pointing out that the App creator and owner, is an FTer himself.

He has also recently created an FT Account for those seeking help with his App.

Fingers crossed his App becomes as successful as the last App launched by an FTer - WhatsApp (true story, and a really great thread if you can find it)

Just a heads up: they finally uploaded/updated DOH-HND W17 flights so the system now shows an A350 instead of the 787. So for those flying in November/December, check your seats!

Indeed. Now, to the purpose of this thread... anyone in TYO between 14/9 and 21/9 fancy a drink? Or Kyoto/Hiroshima/Osaka between 21/9 and 28/9.

I'm keen! I still haven't got round to actually planning anything yet so I don't know the fine dates of when I'm in Tokyo/Osaka but it's some time around then. I'll PM you at some point within the next week or so^

Looks like QR have meddled with the times of QR812 DOH to HND and it's been retimed again, 2nd time in two days now leaving at 0720 and arriving later now at 2320.

Pleased I booked a hotel very close to the airport...

QR813 HND-DOH on 01/10 new departure time 01:05am! Is a 64mins change sufficient to warrant a change of itinerary? I'm connecting to DOH-AMS the transit time is now just 1hr 😕
