Unlikely. 45 mins is the minimum connection time at DOH. And Qatar will usually only entertain involuntary retiming or rerouting when there is a schedule change of 2 hours or more and/or a minimum connection time has been breached.

Unless you're after collecting BA Tier Points or Qpoints, I'd hope for a change that allows you to reroute to LHR directly

I'm also hoping for a weird change to the AMS flight so I can reroute to LHR with QR7.

More to the point: by my reading scheduled landing is now 6:30 meaning connection to QR7 isn't possible (6:35 on the schedule). I plumped for QR3 on the way back so that connection is safe for now (I'm guessing the seat map will fill up sharpish though!) - I'll be lucky to get a shower though The other option is the BA operated QR5943 an hour later.

MyFlights isn't picking this up yet, though I'm only on a free subscription. [EDIT: now it has]

You should be fine.

Through check-in

Qatar Airways is pleased to offer passengers the courtesy of through check of themselves and their bags to their final destination when travelling on multi-sector journeys involving connections onto other oneworld member airlines, even when the trip is booked using separate tickets. However, customers should note that through check may not be possible on their return journey if there trip starts with another airline that does not provide the same level of service.

Because of schedule change in AMS, I managed to get rebooked on flights from/to FRA on A350 and extend my stopover in Doha
Feel free to change the Wiki:

AMS-NRT : 21/09/17 -> FRA-DOH : 21/09/17 and DOH-NRT : 23/09/17

HND-AMS : 02/10/17 -> HND-FRA : 02/10/17

Congratulations on stopover! Sorry to hear about LATAM A350. Would take 777 over it without a hint of doubt

I see some of the BRU flights in late september are now showing as being operated by the A330. Luckily everyone in the wiki flying around then seems to have missed it and will stay on the A350. Whats the QR A330 like to fly on?

There is nothing wrong with this plane, in fact it's quite nice. It's just that QR's 77W has (to my subjective taste) the best hard product in 2-2-2 config, so I hardly see why one might be excited about switching from it to LATAM's 2-2-2, unless you desperately want to fly A350.
As I value direct aisle access, I would go for center seats, otherwise just try to avoid first and last rows in the cabin - not that they are so bad, just with some shortcomings.
