Well, I thought you might be female Lis but you can never tell from usernames! I've learnt not to assume these things.

Possibility for CBR QP meeting this afternoon is non-existant as the flight that I want to get (that Craigo is already on) is now showing:

Blame the sitting of Parliament on Monday as the reason why QF WP couldn't change his flights this afternoon (been looking at it all week, but no K class availability)...will look to see when I can get back down there (and MEL) before year end.

Sadly I won't be able to make the BNE meeting and will do my best to make it to Sydney. I start my new job on Nov 29th (that was the latest I could put it off to) so if I can make SYD it won't be until 6:30pm ish. I will be arriving by car or train depending on how late I am running. Do you think I can sweet talk QF valet at that time of night to letting me leave the car there for a few hours?

I will be the first to admit being confused where the FT corner is in SYD.

FT corner is the closest corner to Gate 7.

There were lots of pollies on the flight as I expected and the plane was almost full. Ironically, the only vacant seat was the one next to me.

If you can make it down to Canberra QF WP in the next few weeks, the Canberra contingent will meet you at the QP. Otherwise, we can organise a get-together in mid-Dec at somewhere like the Durham or Holy Grail in Kingston, or the El Rancho at Manuka - I don't think there will be enough WPs for HPs in the QP .

I will be in CBR on 30NOV, prior to the SYD bash - flying in on QF 1431 at 1555 and back out again on QF 562 at 1700. ANyone up for a few HP's?

Finally, for those who are NB, PS or Gold and not flying on that day - don't worry!! There are enough Plats at each meeting to get everybody in (as we can take 2 guests in each and none of us have to be flying). In fact in Sydney, Plats could take in 4 guests - two per entrance. so we can really make this quite a party...

For anybody going to drop in (if you haven't got auto entry from a flight that day or Plat), make sure you page "Rod Speed" or "Dave Noble" to make sure we come and get you
