The Brice - Savannah
Got half off valet parking at The Brice for the "Farmer's Market" password this past Saturday. They had a deck of cards they had me draw from and each card had the amenity listed on the back side.

$25 restaurant credit which we used at the Eventi for breakfast. When I provided the word, the woman checking us in commented,"Well, I am not sure you are really entitled to anything for the secret word. After all, we already upgraded your room for being an Inner Circle member." She finally relented and gave us the credit.

I've gotten the "I'm not sure what we can do for you since you're IC" comment several times. They usually recover, or I suggest something, but how hard is it to have a plan for your IC members?

I completely agree.
At Ink48, I had already been upgraded to a suite and had my amenity requested. The desk agent had no issue with offering me $25 room credit and I had no problem in accepting it.

Well, the outstanding staff at the Hotel Monaco in Pittsburgh more than made up for the snarky treatment I got at the Eventi. At the Monaco, you choose your favorite fruit picture and then flip the picture over to see what you've gotten in exchange for remembering to say "Farmer' Market." . First try got us a bottle of wine. The front desk informed us that they were already sending up a bottle of wine as our Inner Circle amenity and asked if we would like to try again. Second try-free Internet-already get that as Kimpton Karma. After the second try, they let me flip over all of the fruit cards and pick whatever we wanted ($25 breakfast credit). The staff here is amazing-gave us lots of ideas for things to do. Hotel is within walking distance of PNC Park. Got an amazing suite upgrade-love this place!!!!!

Hotel Monaco, Portland - Offered parking or continental breakfast, neither of which worked for me. I asked for a restaurant credit, which then I didn't end up using. But apparently the $25 credit was just taken off my room rate.
Hotel Vintage, Portland - Given two free drink cards. Kind of a bummer, since we actually wanted free parking, but it was pretty clear that the drink cards were what they do, so I didn't even ask. The bar there is pretty great, though, so the drinks were tasty...

Donovan House in DC was home base for a family wedding this weekend. Shared the pw with my sister (parents of the groom) my mom (grandmother of the groom) and myself (uncle). Were all offered either wine, parking (good for parents who were there 3 nights) or $50 F&B credit (taken by the other two of us, and not fully spent). Great brunch at the rooftop pool did use a good chunk of that credit.
