I received a half bottle of champagne at Epic with a tag saying "let's get toasty!" In the past they've provided free parking on secret words but, since I didn't have a car this time, they went to the bubbly instead.

Also received a card for a free glass of wine in restaurant since I arrived after HH. First time I've been offered that at any property.

I've received this a few times, but at least at the properties that I've stayed at, the glass of wine is restricted to select wines; so no Screaming Eagles or Opus Ones

Hotel Nine Zero Boston, MA

Thanks to a plumbing disaster at the house, had a week-end 'stay-cation' in Boston.

Password accepted and the front desk clerk brought out a large basket with various gifts, including chocolates, coffee mugs, etc. There was also a sign for free valet parking in the basket. At $46 a night, this a great value.

Plumbing problems persist in Chestnut Hill, so we opted for a change of scenery. Double upgrade request provided. For the password, front desk brings out a large tray of candy jars with the prize underneath the jar. Hoping for complimentary parking; received doubler raid the bar credit. Will definitely take advantage with an early morning departure to Florida.

Used today at Solamar in San Diego ... didn't get anything! First time at a Kimpton, I thought you always got something. Ended up waiting around the lobby for room to be ready.

If you feel up to it, I would either ask to speak to the Manager on Duty or post something on Kimpton's social media to let them know of the service failure.

Hotel Monaco, SLC. Had already been upgraded so was offered wine - took a half bottle due to late check in and early morning but full bottle was offered.

Weird, they have always been good about password. $25 food & beverage credits in past. I'm staying there next week, hopefully more food /bev credits.

Hotel Monaco - Portland - Room was upgraded due to promotion. Password resulted in Smores Kit. We road tripped up from San Diego, so we hoped there was free parking. But the front desk attendant stated that wasnt an option. $41 a night for parking for 3 nights, ouch!

Hotel Palladian - Seattle - Asked if free parking was an option with "feeling toasty", was told, they could offer half off. We took it.

Was offered free valet parking ($41) at check in for using password. Had parked on street for free so instead was given a cute kit for hot cocoa for 4 people (2 kids plus 2 adults with baileys added for adults). The cocoa kit was far less value but a very nice touch.

Solamar had cards to choose, grabbed burnt toast and then was offered craft beers, cocktail tickets, or surprise amenity. Took the two cocktails. Used a tier upgrade and placed in top floor virtuoso suite.

Palomar gives you a spiked hot toddy kit. Also used upgrade and got an 18th floor suite with living room and 2 balconies. This location has done wonderful when it comes to upgrading me on prior stays.
