The thing I don't like is I can't book or even pull up domestic JAL schedules for award redemption on the North American NWA site, but only on the NWA Japan site.

Ready to book. But all I get when I select my itinerary is the dreaded "An error has occurred. Please try again or try back later." Someone at nwa.com wake up! Time is money, and the booking engine over at aa.com is fully functional.

I know I am here way too often. Tried to book a trip NRT-BER.
No NW/KL or codeshare flights! Bull. Pull it up under award
flights and KL, AF and NW flights show.

NWA BizPerks - Cannot Access
 
Is anyone else having problems accessing NWA BizPerks? Use IE-7 and get following message when I try to Login or even click on the left navigation bar.

Still working for me. Just logged on and checked account
as well as redeem your points. Maybe because I access
from Japan? But it's the U.S. site.

For some reason it is still not working for me in the US using two different ISPs and Internet connections. Have gotten the same error message for over a week.

No Auto e-mail of Purch Confirmation or Trip Summary
 
In case anyone at NWA is keeping track, on Saturday I did not get the usual auto e-mail Air Purchase Confirmation or Trip Summary and Receipt on two reservations. The website was finiky today, e.g. not showing all available flights.

Schedule change results in 2 assigned seats on same flight
 
Two upcoming itineraries showed minor schedule/equipment changes when I logged on a few days ago. After I clicked "accept" for the changes, I noticed that my seats for the affected flights indicated "not assigned" on the Reservation Details page. So, I immediately went to the seat maps and reselected my seat. A few days later I noticed on the Reservation Details page that I have 2 seats on each of these flights assigned to me. One is the seat I selected on the seat map after the schedule change, and the other is a random seat apparently auto-selected by the NW program or previously assigned to me before the schedule change. This is the case on 4 different flights that I have. My Trip Summary and Receipts show the correct seat assignments, the ones I selected on the seat map. I just hope these are the seat selections that "stick" and that I don't loose my elite seats when I check in.

I had the same thing happen last Sep. on two of my segments (one from a minor schedule change and the other from a change in equipment from a 755 to a 753) and I called tech support to make sure I really had the correct seats (one of which I had already been UGed and was showing a seat in both Y and F). Everything was okay, and they didn't know why it happened, but I needed to be sure. It wouldn't hurt to call to be sure you really have the correct seats.

Oh why or why do I end being here so often??? The calendar thing,
it's still not fixed. Try to choose a date, calender disappears, date
remains the same. A simple trip SEA-NRT/NRT-HNL-IAH cannot be
booked. If searched under "price" it says "No NW flights, no codeshare
etc.", under schedule it will give me the first leg to choose, price depends
on choice, click on any choice, search reverts to the original page.
Search under WP award and voila flights pop up. NW flights, CO flights,
even via GUM. Dare I say, the reservation page stinks high heaven.

The above message given when trying to book into Barcelona, Spain...

This adds to the frustrating slow process of trying to price open jaws tickets this fall....the site will change your choices on the fly....

I have been getting the same message when I try to book award flights to Lima LIM but no problem with the rest of SA I have called Plat line and booked to sets of tickets toi Lima and also complained about their terrible tech dept.
