ITA Airways is launching a status match to their 'Volare' programme.
Request your status matching in two simple steps:
They will match to the following airlines: Aeroflot, Aerolíneas Argentinas, Air Europa, Air France/KLM, American Airlines, ANA, British Airways, Czech Airlines, Emirates, Iberia, Korean Air, Lufthansa, MEA, Qatar Airways, Royal Jordanian, Saudia, Singapore Airlines, TAP, TAROM, Turkish Airways, United Airlines.
Their website is still incomplete and doesn't have much information about the Volare programme. Not even information about the tier levels or benefits.
Request your status matching in two simple steps:
- If you are still not registered, sign up for the new program Volare
- Send an email to [email protected] with the following characteristics:
- Email subject: "program of origin" - "status of origin"
- Body text: Name; Surname; "program of origin"; "status of origin"
- Attach a legible copy of your current valid Frequent Flyer Card (digital or physical) and a copy of your ID card (pdf format, jpg)

BTW, for those who matched: ITA says the match will be valid as of January 1. I doubt you would get ST benefits before that date.

I´ve also been matched using my British Airways Gold status. Sent an email October 31 and this morning, got an email:
We are pleased to inform you that your request for Status Match to the Volare loyalty program by ITA Airways has been accepted and, from now on, you have joined the Club as an Executive Member.
On their website, they have four exclusive clubs, Smart, Plus, Premium and Executive, where Executive I believe is the highest and the one I´ve been matched to.
