I was just checking into that myself. I think it is per segment, but someone else with more knowledge should confirm.

It is per segment. I used the calculator posted in the UA forum to hash things out. Can't post link because I'm too new

I was able to book one at 6:15 Central

I did get a deny on UA & PL.. wouldnt book.
finally booked and confirmed on EX (eek)

On AC I know for sure that there’s a 1500 PQP limit per segment when crediting to UA

I believe it's 1500 max per segment on partners when crediting to UA.

Just booked RT SFO-BRU, 9/30-10/20, @ $1,518, 2 tickets. Still bookable on UA.com as of 10:33pm EST on 7/14.I added "P" as the fare class in UA advanced search, if that helps people having trouble booking direct with UA.

I didn't realize United nerfed P fares on Air Canada, they only earn 150% of award miles on distance flown, so that caps the miles (and therefore PQP) even lower then I originally thought. For fights before July they were 200%.
