I finally got refund confirmation from Mytrip:
Dear Sir/Madam,
We have now processed your refund of xxxx (full amount including processing fee)
The funds should reach your account within 3-5 business days.

Booked through Expedia.
I received a 'schedule change' notification from Expedia that all the flights were cancelled, but no mention of a refund.
I called Expedia, but gave up after 20 minute waits or so on a few occasions. I persevered, and waited 26 minutes on the number they say to call for refunds, only to be then transferred to another department, with another 15 minute wait.
They said they would contact the airline and process, and after hanging up, the person I was dealing with called me on my mobile and gave me another number to call at Expedia.
ANOTHER 30 minute wait, and then explained the situation for a THIRD time.
This time I reached someone who can process the refund, but I was advised it would take 30 DAYS.
This was my first time booking with Expedia. It has been exasperating dealing with them. It appears from this thread that others haven't had the challenge I've had in getting my money back from Expedia.
