Managed to ticket LEJ-FRA-YUL-YTZ; YYZ-CUR with a day on the ground in Montreal and Toronto for 330€ - books in T on AC, so 50% earning with TK ^
BRU/YUL/CUR on AC is 332€
I see can originate in other European countries too.

Thats the one I've booked for late March: LEJ-CUR
Those *A fares are usually pretty flexible if you play around a iittle. Have seen the TATL on Austrian or LH as well. Note that the fares are eco light so no bags unless you have status (I think?)

I take it, people are confident, that this going to stick. And are booking positioning flights.

I'd usually wait a few more weeks but need to be in the caribean around that time anyway. And my feeling is somewhat good on this one but that doesn't have to mean anything

Btw has anyone been able to select seats? Can't find the option anywhere on the AV 'your booking' page..

The AV BOG-MUC departure schedule was moved up from 11:26PM to 12:40PM for me in April, so AV suggested to move my CUR-BOG departure up one day (I was on the 6:05PM to BOG), which I couldn't do. Should check your itineraries if you are going to MUC to see if you are affected (I got them to reschedule me on LH to FRA).

Same here. Seems like LH is the only viable option on *A if you don't want to spend the night in BOG..

Similar issue here, but my BOG - MUC flight was moved from noon to in the night. I guess I could opt for the late LH flight through FRA?

My BOG-MUC flight has been moved before the ARU-BOG...I΄m flying in October so maybe I should wait with the changes. What do you think?

You should call the OTA / Avianca to fix. I had bought positioning flights already to CUR so didn't want to get screwed so immediately called.

I'm surprised this was offered as I just got off the phone with them after getting cut off (for the 3rd time) and they say it's company policy to only rebook on AV for longhaul. They were offering alternate routes through LON, BCN, MAD which don't really work.

We still didn't settle anything as I couldn't get them to budge to rebook on LH and I got frustrated after getting cut off. Any tips for this?

Sorry my bad for not being clear. The alternative was suggested by AV. I then called the OTA first as they notified me initially and got them to change from BOG-MUC to BOG-FRA on the LH flight. I'm pretty sure they shouldn't have done that...but they did
