I used the Webchat yesterday as both my flights in 3 weeks time have been cancelled, changed the country to ITA , English. It took almost an hour waiting in the queue, but the agent was friendly and helpful. I gave my details and said my preferred itinerary would be these flights on these days ( end of December returning early January) and had absolutely no problems changing the departure from MXP to FCO. I really hope we can travel again later on the year and hope this helps anyone trying to ammend their booking.

Other funny data was I was rebooked in R class for one of the direction even though EF showed I class, so I had to move the dates a tiny bit more with the agent.

Any idea if changes to HKG are currently being allowed?
I have CAN return coming up, all flights have been canceled. Looking at the schedules it doesn't look like anything for CAN is loaded (check tp jan 22). Are Finnair allowing anything for this, and which method is best to contact to resolve?

Best method is probably web chat, next best method is "reservation.us AT finnair DOT com". Last I heard from them, they will not rebook anyone who currently holds a ticket to CAN anymore. They will issue a refund, whether you like it or not. Sueing is the only option (which I will probably do).

Has anyone managed to change an open jaw ticket? I have MXP-HEL-HKG // NANJING-HEL-MXP tickets for mid April 2021 and need to push that back as far as possible (e.g. Feb 2022) by flights from NANJING to HEL stop after May 2020. Ideally I'd close the open jaw and return from HKG instead - is Finnair being that accommodating on web chat?
