For each request, please include the following information:

Departure Airport:
Miles Needed:
Required Spend or Budget:
Available Travel Dates:
Required Metal or Codeshares okay*:

For each response. Please quote the original request. DO NOT START A SEPARATE THREAD.

----

NOTE: there is not much time left in 2017, given that travel tends to be expensive around holidays. You will have greater chances of success if you have greater flexibility on travel dates and cost. If you need a lot of MQMs on weekends only for < 5 cpm it probably won't happen.

Other creative possibilities depending how many MQMs you need:
----

*"Required Metal or Codeshares" is, approximately, asking whether you need a flight operated specifically by Delta or if partner flights are ok. If you are just looking for MQMs to hit a Medallion tier the normal way, then the answer is yes. If you are doing a status challenge, the answer is also probably yes, but read the T&C of your challenge carefully to be sure (for the regular status challenge the answer is also "yes")

NOTE: some partner flights earn MQMs at reduced rates. See this chart for more info.

Thanks for assistance. The JNB deal ended up disappearing, or requiring KL metal which is the dreaded 10Y on 777. I found ORD<>PEK with no departure from PEK the week of Thanksgiving which is incredibly efficient for me and a down week at work. The CPM is like $0.041 which I realize is not much but it's good enough for me. I'm just not going to find many leaving from a driveable airport that go out and back in 35 hours so I had to take it.

Just in case you are not aware, you will need to have a Chinese visa for your ORD-PEK-ORD trip since China is a final destination and not a transit stop.

Yup. Fortunately going to DT Chicago in 2 weeks so I can apply directly at Embassy vs using a service. Am going next year for real anyway so might as well get a multiple-entry one now anyway.

Hello, was wondering if anybody would be able to help me achieve Platinum for the first time.

Departure Airport: ATL
Miles Needed: 3265
Required Spend or Budget: Spend is already met. So lowest price available.
Available Travel Dates: preferably on weekend. I can leave Friday nights and would prefer not to take time off during the week unless I had to for the best deal.
Required Metal or Codeshares okay: any is fine to get mqm

Thank you for the help!

A trip to the West Coast will give you enough miles.

e.g ATL-LAX-ATL is 3700 miles and several same day turns on Saturday are available for $270 (not the best in terms of CPM but you can look at other West Coast cities and see what options are available.)

Bookable on Delta. Use flexible dates, 5 week display

New to this but hopefully you guys can help

Departure Airport: SLC
Miles Needed: 8796
Required Spend or Budget: $1374
Available Travel Dates: Nov 24-26 (it will be my 40th bday)
Required Metal or Codeshares okay:

Trying to qualify for silver, not sure if it is worth it - but if I get an awesome bday trip (hopefully somewhere warm) then it would be.

Thanks in advance for your time and assistance.

Smile BOS to ???

Departure Airport: BOS or NYC
Miles Needed:20665
Required Spend or Budget: No required spend, would like to spend less than $1600
Available Travel Dates: 11/3 - 11/5 are preferred but I can miss a work day on either end if I have to. Also can try to make some other weekends work.

Required Metal or Codeshares okay: Prefer Delta but no real issue.

Hi all! I swore this would be the year I stopped chasing status, but my gf just took a job 2500 miles away from me, so status will matter in 2018. I'm in Boston but I can get to NYC easy enough. Work is cool about missing a day here and there so while I prefer that weekend, I can try to make a lot of dates work. I have a lot of miles so I'd consider trying to use them to upgrade on a really nasty long haul or buying down the cost of a premium ticket (delta reserve card).

Thanks!

Hey guys, new here! I am on status match for platinum, so even if I fly to Paris from LAX, as long as it's Sky Team, this will go towards my status match, correct?

Thanks in advance.
