For each request, please include the following information:
Departure Airport:
Miles Needed:
Required Spend or Budget:
Available Travel Dates:
Required Metal or Codeshares okay*:
For each response. Please quote the original request. DO NOT START A SEPARATE THREAD.
----
NOTE: there is not much time left in 2017, given that travel tends to be expensive around holidays. You will have greater chances of success if you have greater flexibility on travel dates and cost. If you need a lot of MQMs on weekends only for < 5 cpm it probably won't happen.
Other creative possibilities depending how many MQMs you need:
----
*"Required Metal or Codeshares" is, approximately, asking whether you need a flight operated specifically by Delta or if partner flights are ok. If you are just looking for MQMs to hit a Medallion tier the normal way, then the answer is yes. If you are doing a status challenge, the answer is also probably yes, but read the T&C of your challenge carefully to be sure (for the regular status challenge the answer is also "yes")
NOTE: some partner flights earn MQMs at reduced rates. See this chart for more info.

Other creative possibilities depending how many MQMs you need:
- signup bonuses for various DL-branded AMEX cards (usually have a spend requirement)
- if you already have planned travel, consider buying up (in advance, not at check in) for 50% MQM bonus and more flexible same-day-confirmed options which are another way to increase MQMs
- Hilton 250 MQMs per stay of 2 nights or more
- if you are close to a threshold Delta often will offer a buy-up (at exorbitant prices). 2016 thread, and speculation/anticipation thread for 2017

THANK YOU!
I'll be doing this same flight the following week on 10/13. Do you know how I could determine whether or not that same routing would work then, too?
As far as the red eye option, would that earn significantly more MQMs?

What do you guys typically use to find random destinations for long haul mileage runs?
I could try and make a run work next week from 10/3-10/7 out of Atlanta. Any ideas of routes I could try? I'm just looking for as many miles as possible for as cheap as possible. Most of the Asia runs that I've found so far are right around $1,000. That's not out of the question, I'm just wondering if I'm not looking at all the possibilities!

Journey to become KLM PLATINUM
Hey guys! I am not sure if I can post this here, sorry if I can't. So I am completely new to this world, and I could REALLY use some help! Well, I need to fly almost 25000 level miles in order to achieve Platinum status on KLM/AF flying blue. I currently live in Amsterdam so I am thinking about a mileage run to asia. But the thing is, I really need help finding the itinerary and ticket. This was pretty much all I could find

Airport Information
Amsterdam Schiphol Airport (AMS)
Shanghai Pudong International (PVG)
Singapore Changi (SIN)

Price breakdown 1:
€ per mile 0.0295

Tax 14.2% €66.40
Surcharges 68.6% €319.88

but then I would have to do this 3 times, and I am not sure I have the time. So I was thinking if maybe there is a way to pay more (up to 1500 euros) and do this trip just once. Anyone?
