for elites, this is a reasonable CPM:

RNO-EWR on AS via PDX and SEA

one way for $167

3402 EQMs with 500 mi minimums

~4.9cpm

hard to make it a r/t without driving the cpm up, since the return at $163 only goes via SEA

Depart YUL Sep 27th and return from SCL on Oct 12th on CM via PTY for $598 CAD return.

Used Kayak Canada and clicked through to FlightNetwork.

Layover at PTY on the trip down is over 34 hours. Only one hour wait there on the return flight.

I'm sorry, but I don't get this? (I'm still not fully familiar with the ins and outs of Spirit.) Thank you.

A "personal item" is free... i.e. backpack. Note this is not a backpack and a purse, laptop, etc. Just one item, under the seat. If you have more luggage, pay for it in advance during ONLINE checkin. If you use the airport for anything (including a reservation agent to print your boarding pass) you're going to be charged. I believe the carry on bag fee is $50 at the airport ticket counter and $100 at the gate, but less than half price if done in advance. The gate agents are trained ninjas -- I've never seen anyone get past with more luggage than allowed on their ticket.

At last check, the oxygen on the flights was the only thing still complimentary.

Any item to be precise, as long is equal to or smaller than abovementioned personal item:

OK, now that that's clear let's go back OT and avoid TP posts please.

Do they charge and collect up front before you could use the emergency oxygen mask? (Sorry! Have to ask :-))

This is pretty good, even though not below 5cpm, but close:

BA: YVR-LHR-ARN-LHR-YVR, 11.2k RT for 613USD. for anyone wanting to go to Europe. :P Date I found was leaving Oct 7, return anywhere between 2-7 days later.

There's a bunch of really good fares on MH/JAL, YVR to RGN/BKK/HKT/SGN, each destination through NRT&KUL for 16.5k-18.5k miles, for 800-900 USD. All below 5cpm. Best ones are probably YVR-NRT-KUL-SGN/BKK-KUL-NRT-YVR, 811 USD, 17.4K miles for 4.7cpm. HKT and RGN are 75.- more.

It's all based on fare *LST1YCA, which seems to be an ex-CA fare on JL&MH only, and since YVR is the only airport in Canada JL flies to, it's probably the only airport for which this routing-price works. I tried routing it through ICN/PEK, but no such luck. Despite "UNLIMITED STOPOVERS PERMITTED ON THE PRICING UNIT
LIMITED TO 1 FREE AND UNLIMITED AT CAD 50.00 EACH.", so maybe someone else can implement a better stopover that turns 40.- USD into more miles. 1 Open Jaw permitted too, so have at it lol.

DL: FNT-ATL/MSP-NYC-KEF r/t $611 in August.

Available week of August 9. A little less than 8k miles. Some routes land in one NYC airport, leave from another. JFK-KEF is a 753, so domestic configured plane.

Found August 9-10 if you just want to be in KEF for an hour.

CX: JNB-JFK $646 2.2 cpm

Not the most convenient route, but was searching on kayak for dates 11/2-11/8 and saw JNB-JFK for $646. Lengthy layover in HKG, but looks like you can turn it into a stopover if you want to. Saw several dates in November that were available. Not sure about availability for other months.

Also, tried doing just JNB-HKG-JFK without the return and that ended up being $450. (JNB-HKG on 11/3, HKG-JFK on 11/10)

I haven't tried booking, but kayak takes you directly to CX's website and is priced in ZAR (~8000).

Just keep in mind that Economy Q earns no miles on AA or AS and 25% on BA.
