DT: GIG-LAD-GIG, US$610 return (15/12/15-15/01/16)

http://taag.com/en/promotions.aspx

You may have to navigate to promotions page as DT site is prehistoric.

But a very good deal to one of the world's most expensive cities!

Lax-lim $373 rt

CM: LAX-LIM

Several dates throughout Oct and NOV.

Roundtrip $373.74 book on American.

Can separate the trip by LAX-MEX and MEX-LIM for around the same price, but must buy two separate tix. Good way to explore two cities.

First time posting, forgive me if I made any mistakes.

Those are CM flights which earn no miles on AA though, keep that in mind. Star Alliance, I'm surprised those are even bookable on AA.com

Yes, you're right. The LAX-MEX leg is on AA the rest (MEX-LIM) is on AeroMexico, and Copa.

The following is a great deal... that earns exactly 0 miles Which is also why it doesn't really deserve its own thread:

LAX-PVG-MLE-PVG-MLE, 602USD, 20.2k miles for 2.98cpm (!) All on China Eastern Q though :/

for anyone who wants to visit Male, it's terrific, but not sure you wanna give up those miles... anyway, figured someone might be interested. :P

Am/cm: Iah-mex-pty-lim $274 rt

Stumbled across a strange fare combo

IAH-MEX on AM
MEX-PTY-LIM on CM (and reverse)

There are some long connections but no red-eyes. I booked through the big O.
Very very few dates in Oct, Jan, Feb

ET: IAD-ADD-SEZ-ADD-DUB-IAD $1067rt

Just booked a $437rt fare from Entebbe to Seychelles (will be in Uganda for work) and was curious what the fare for DC would have been. $1067 seems low to me. Dates for this fare are 9/3 to 9/13.

Bookable

Had one of these similar ones a few months ago DFW-MEX on AA then MEX-PTY-MDE on CM. It works much better without checked bags, the other problem is the train connecting the two terminals at MEX closes at 11 and doesn't open again until around 5, and with the late night arrivals/early morning departures it usually means a cab ride between terminals...not ideal but it still works.

Ua/aa: Sna - fco $662

First time post...hope I am doing this right!

SNA-PHX-CLT-FCO and FCO-CLT-PHX-SNA

Great flights to FCO out of SNA on UA/AA from August through September. It takes a few days to get out, but a great time to catch the end of summer in Europe.

Approx 13600 miles, unfortunately due to O class only earning 0.5. p/m is not great for MR.

I was looking for this flight 9/4 to 9/11 and need to be in FCO morning of 9/5 out of DFW. If you find something like this (out of anywhere) let me know.

Works over Labor day weekend, may be a great time to visit Italy!

Sounds like old US route, so you meant US, not UA.

Believe a mod has to change the title, as you can only edit the body of the post.

Alert sent.

Maybe mention the total price of the flight? And the cents per mile? (total cost / miles flown) That's what tells us if it's a good deal. Commonly, below 5cpm is decent, below 4.5 is good, below 4 is great. Also American O class might earn 0.5 points, but I'd say the majority of mileage runners qualify through miles, not points anyway, so it's all good. 100% mileage on AA and AS.

If you have a good mileage run to post, you can post it as its own seperate thread once you've confirmed a thread about it doesn't already exist. Here you can post flights that are very cheap but might not be particulary useful to mileage runs, such as 25%/0% earning-flights. (I'm looking at you skyteam)
