"Good Deals" in Economy Class - Excellent Fares between certain city pairs - 2015

Please use this thread to post or to follow Economy Fares which are 'Good Deals' but where the cost per mile is more than 3-4 cents per mile, which is the usual upper limit for what is considered a true 'MR Deal'.

A few requests for posting in the thread:

But watch out for the horrific CRJ-200 segments between OMA and DTW!

If a Diamond flew this in 2014, he would earn 12,136 redeemable miles.
Now, he only earns 1947 redeemable miles for this trip!

Despite the mileage haircut, I booked the above. I just have to go back for lunch at Texas Chile Parlor. It's just steps from the Capitol, and an easy ride by transit bus from the airport.

Hmm OMA in Feb for 1947 miles, or stay in SAN, that is a difficult question.;)

Exactly why I've lost a lot of desire to fly "for fun" starting in 2015. If there's somewhere I'm dying to eat at, etc. I'll make it into a larger trip instead.

Best price I have found so far from IAH to SIN around 20K & 4.1CMP; available in Jan & Feb and great for MR before 3/1 UA change.:D

Looks like it has a 6 day stay to get the fare. Found on Kayak.com. Bookable on KLM and Delta.com
Didn't investigate fully yet to find a shorter stay.

Seeing SFO-DUB for around $500. Found through google flights.

thanks for that. also see $879 JFK-ASU on DL & G3 that didn't show up on google flights and plenty of other south american deals.

WAS-ASU via GRU on DL/G3 was around a couple times last year for $600-something I think. Keep an eye out for that one!

We can see that UA is responding to the attack by DL on the UA hubs by now targeting DL hubs with discounted flights to Europe.
