UA SEA-BWI via SFO/IAH is <300 all throughout September that I checked for 4.7cpm. Alternatively on AA/AS via DFW for <300 and ~5cpm
(I'm not used to looking these up, is basically anything below 5cpm with a stopover considered a good deal? or what's the handwavy rule here?)

AA has some good deals on this too
SEA-DFW-HKG round-trip is 19.5k miles for for 711.-, for a sweet 3.6cpm
Cheaper than just DFW-HKG, even... The only downside is either a 5am or midnight departure out of SEA. Dates I checked that are good are end of September&beginning of October

I found AMAZING price for CRISTMAS and NEW YEAR from IAH to MEX on UA - Book Direct on UA site, and book one way only - and you will get 99$ IAH - MEX and 131$ MEX - IAH AI!!! its twice cheaper than you get roundtrip fare 
Dates - 25 december - 1 january, 8 january and the rest of january. Now I try to find NYC - HOU road between 25 december and 11 january, BUT all twice expensive than usual rates...
If someone helps me to find it (any nearby airports 300-500 miles around NYC and HOU) will be very appreciate.
