12 weeks is unusually long. Normally these points post immediately, within 1-2 days, at marriott after my amex statement. Looking back at my statements, I see my amex points posted like clockwork every 17th of every month, except for Dec. 17 2022.
This belownever posted to my marriott account. It has been 30 days. Who/where do I call to resolve this?

Got the business version of the Bonvoy card early Jan, 15 EC hasn't posted yet.
But I also have the personal version of that card. Curious if this is because of the 'annual processing' notice that's showing on Bonvoy's site:
I noticed some of my stays aren't posting normally too. lol.

Annual processing has begun to ensure your account reflects all qualifying activity. Your Elite status will be updated by early March 2023. In the meantime, please enjoy your current status

Yeah elite night credit. Oh darn, did not know that. Thought Canadian did too. Guess I'll use it for sign on bonus. Ty!

Data point:
Long as I have non-Marriott charges (eg a coffee), my Amex Marriott points always post 24 hours after statement date.
I made it a habit that as soon as we check out of a Marriott hotel with charges on the Amex, I will shop on Amazon for some egift card and use the Amex card.

My missing CDN amex card points problem from December is still not resolved. I contacted Amex first, then they asked me to contact Marriott, and now 2 weeks later Marriott says to contact Amex...
No one seems to want to look into this. I wonder how many points have failed to post in the past when I wasn't paying attention? I guess my only choice is to try calling Amex and explain things all over again. This shouldn't be something I have to chase.
Isn't it simple?
- Amex statement shows points deposited
- Marriott account shows no points deposited
- I call Amex, who confirm deposit
- I show Amex statement to Marriott support
- ??

After some time speaking with Amex customer service, I have specific confirmation about why points may take up to two months to post. Someone mentioned this earlier in the thread.
- If there is a mix of Bonvoy hotel (5x points) and other spend (2x), then the points will all post immediately with each statement.
- If there is only Bonvoy hotel (5x) spend, then the points processing may be delayed up to 2 months.
They explained that this is a 'known issue' on the Marriott end.

I signed up for the business version of the Amex Marriott card last month, put 3K on it (summer camp fees lol) and was expecting to see the sign-on bonus of 55K right after the 3K posted, but right now there’s no bonus, only around 6K regular points on the spending.
The first statement closing date is Feb. 18, does the sign up bonus usually post on the closing date?
I have a personal version too, and I seem to recall that the sign on bonus posted online as soon as I hit the spending target.

We can travel more now that our kids have grown up. We made Platinum last year and this year, and like the benefits (breakfast, lounge). My wife and I each have the personal Amex Bonvoy card. The US Amex Bonvoy business card gives another 15 night credits toward status, but too bad the Canadian card doesn't, otherwise I'll get the Canadian card too. Oh well, we'll have to try to travel more, to keep getting the Plat status.
