I was checking my W Maldives reservation last night. Not only did I get a new confirmation #, my award stay turned into a cash stay. Hoping this is only an error.

Are you sure which account survived? Once the accounts are combined, the "from" account is disabled. When I first tried combining the website was insisting to move my SPG data to MR which was not what I wanted. Had I not been paying attention I would have been stuck with my MR account that had a leading zero that has been reported as being an issue with the new website. Try accessing your other account and see if it's shutdown too.

Online reservation system for cancelling stats is down. Tried to cancel two nights and no notice or anything online. Had to do the Facebook chat to find out. Moved seven nights to Hyatt. Next trip I am not even going to bother with checking on Starriott. Something has to change. Enough is enough |
