If I remember correctly its 5-7pm , never made it to the evening spread so I cant tell you if its worth it. landing at 6:15pm with or w/o bags I doubt youd make it by 7pm thats even with having a Residency Pass. If you are a Plat you can get a private transfer to the hotel by going to the Marriott desk in Arrivals section A Wish they had to get back there sometimes that shuttle is jammed packed

I saw a TripAdvisor review mention that appetizers and drinks are served from 5:30 to 8 pm. It has been several years since I stayed at the hotel, and I forgot what the hours for evening service were. You should be able to get the last hour of that, and it is worth a visit. If you are extremely hungry, you might need to go downstairs and eat in the hotel’s restaurant.

That's a great tip! Yes, I am a Plat...is it via taxi? or do you just get your own shuttle ride? And here's to hoping that TripAdvisor review mentioned above is correct with an 8pm ending time! If anyone has any pics or a review of the lounge evening experience, let me know!
The evening spread is reasonably acceptable, usually 2 hot items and some cold items. Dont expect high end foods but foods that are acceptable to fill you up if you so choose. At that hour of your arrival the lounge would thin out so fairly easy to find comfortable seats. There is an outside terrace where you could watch planes coming and going if the wind makes the planes need to use the runway that is in the direct view from the terrace. When weather is good you can also have some good views especially at dusk.
The shining point of this property is you can have breakfast in the restaurant downstairs where a fairly extensive buffet with both Western and Asian is on display with more than enough options even for the picky eaters.
BTW, the hotel shuttle to the nearby Tung Chung metro station runs quite late, the S1 bus also has a stop by the side of the hotel. HKD2.00 for a single ride IIRC.

Once you report to the Marriott desk the staff would radio a private car to come pick you up. Meanwhile they would set you down at nearby sitting area and come get you when the car arrives, usually within 5 to 7 min wait. Both Plat and Gold got this benefit. You dont need to wait for the regular shuttle which is parked outside at a designated spot in the parking lot outside. Usually the elite desk manager or guest relation manager would wait by the front entrance and then whisk you to your room for the check in formality. This property treats elites be it Plat or Gold very well.

Skyteam777, when you exit from the secure arrivals area (baggage claim) you want to turn Right (assuming you exited into Section B) and after the Train counters and a seating area theres a an area of Hotel desks in an upsidedown U configuration. Marriotts desk (for several of its hotels) is on the Left side all the way to the back (you will pass apx 3-4 counters before getting to theirs but its straight back cant miss it) When the car gets there they walk you to it its an elevator ride down 1 level and make sure all you bags get in and you get the right car) Its great service. If you exit via Section A then just head towards the terms Right wall but most likely the counters will be right in front of you

I dont like this hotel much but it is infinitely better than regal airport hotel, except that you can walk to Regal. But Regal horrid while Marriott is a competent, standardized but ultimately boring hotel.
The only food around is in the arrival hall of airport which isn’t bad. If you must stay at airport then this one a good choice but there are far better Marriott and Starwood properties in HK w some more opening up soon.

Upgraded to a suite on 10th floor. Turns out I didn't need to eat after arrival or before breakfast, because Delta sufficiently fed me from Seattle. There were a few places to get a bit in arrivals area if needed. Very happy that I stayed overnight here and didn't go into the city. All I wanted to do was shower & sleep.

Good luck and let us know how it turned out. It is a pretty cool perk.
BTW, if you get the full treatment, including a direct escort to the room from your attendant, it is customary to have some cash ready for a tip.
The first time it happened to me, I was arriving from Thailand and wasn't prepared with local currency. Just FYI

I dont know if I would agree that it is customary and would not feel uncomfortable not tipping at all in this situation. If I am inclined to tip for handling my bags for example, my general amount is 10HKD. I typically have HKD with me due to visiting enough but if I arrived and didnt have local currency I honestly wouldnt sweat it, just make sure to extend a healthy 'thank you'. I am not an anti tipper but just like to follow local norms.

I am not a frequent visitor to Hong Kong, so others probably have a better sense of local custom.
Interesting comments on the tipping. I had 2 staff members with me, escorted from the hotel entrance to my room. They did not strike me as "supervisors or managers", but more of a concierge / hostess type of role.
I got a definite vibe of tip expectation from them, once I was in the room and they had (without any real prompting) gave a short tour/review of the suite.
I can't recall if they carried my bags. I typically would decline an offer anyway, as I am used to keeping them with me and I pack light.
