Reports of Citi cards (at least Mastercard) coding as purchase for NW Buxx (Jan 2015), but YMMV.

Do not create too many accounts too fast. Some reports of account shutdown when same SSN used across multiple cards / accounts in a short period of time.

Can someone please clarify something about the Nationwide buxx for me please...
Lets say i open a buxx card with a $500 on 9/30/2014. I received the card on 10/15/2014 and load $500 on that same day. Does that mean i can load another $500 the next day (10/15/2014)? Or would i have to wait till 10/30/2014 to load another $500?
Basically. my question is, does the opening load amount and date count towards the 30 day rolling limit?

I have a NW buxx question. The 7 day spend. If I spend $1-800 on a Saturday at 5 pm, can I spend the remaining amount (in my case $200) the following Saturday morning or do I need to wait until 5pm. I know it's a 7 day thing for the spend and just wanted to see if it was the day, or the day AND the time.

Add 'teen' cards
I have 2 US Buxx Cards (spouse and mine). Each account 1 card - other person as the "teen".
Experienced users, please chime in.
Anytime suggestions on the time frame to add the same 'teen' for extra cards?
Or just avoid such things altogether?
TIA

Can you get points on a TD card for loading TD GO?
Just wanted to explore this option, but not sure if it's been mentioned..if you load the TD Go card with a TD Credit card, can you get points? One of the TD cards offers 5% back on groceries for 6 months, so that might be a good short term play, particularly if you can also load the TD Go cards and get points.

I have the points earning TD VISA, it does earn the equivalent of 1% (if redeeming for cash).
The load initially scared me as it was showing as a "Cash Advance", but that pending charge dropped after a week. (The actual purchase shows up as a purchase even when the pending cash advance still hung around).

Do you think it's worth applying for the TD Visa to be able to load TD Buxx again?

Right, sorry for being unclear. I was pretty sure the TD Visa only earns 1% (better than nothing), but the card could be used do do the usual MS in the bonus categories for the short term. especially with some AMEX Blue being shutdown, this might be a good alternative.

I got the TD Visa card and am very happy with it. 6 months of 5% cashback on groceries, dining, and gas is a good deal. Now that the old Amex card is being shut down, why wouldn't you want this? And getting 1% cashback on TD loads is better than nothing.
