NW Buxx
Max # of CC on file for both is 2. Each has a max # of loads per card per 7 day rolling period (~3/4). If you card fails to load, first try to switch to another CC, second check to make sure there are at least 7 calendar days between loads.
Reports of Citi cards (at least Mastercard) coding as purchase for NW Buxx (Jan 2015), but YMMV.

Do not create too many accounts too fast. Some reports of account shutdown when same SSN used across multiple cards / accounts in a short period of time.

You left out this one:
"You may load value up to 5 times in one day onto the Card using a Navy Federal Visa Debit Card or Navy Federal Visa or MasterCard Credit Card."
From here: https://www.visaprepaidprocessing.co...docs/terms.htm .
Nice but sort of limits its usefulness.

i have loaded serve with my TD buxx card in the past
i now have the NW buxx and successfully loaded 500$
then i tried 198$, and was denied at both cashier and kate
this was my first attempt at this
went back a couple days later to try 198$ again and still same results
is there something thats changed in regards to NW buxx and serve loading?

I truly doubt you have found the second coming of MS but if you did great, but you are a fool to even post a hint of it here.

VISA Buxx
Yes, have always unloaded TD Buxx at WMT. Sadly that is over (for loading TD with other than TD cards).
Last month Serve stopped accepting debit loads online from TD Buxx. That had worked previously for another $1k on top of the $5k monthly limit.
I suggest getting the TD Visa card and hitting that hard for 5% cashback at grocery, dining and gas for 6 months. Because we can.

I had a bad experience using Penny Arcade. Teller wanted to charge an 8%, because, according to her, GO card doesn't qualify as an account. She did me a big "favor" of waving that fee at the end, but told me that she can't keep doing that in the future. I was dealing with coins cashing first (and hopefully the last) time in my life. And learnt about Penny Arcade from this tread. Please take a printout of the FAQ which clearly states as additional future.
(unplus) Features of the TD Go Card
Are there any additional services and benefits that come with a TD Go Card?
Yes! TD Go Customers can enjoy the following additional services offered to them by TD Bank:
• TD Bank Visa Gift Cards
• Coin Counting using Penny Arcade
• Check Cashing (TD Bank Checks)
• Money Orders
• Official Checks
In addition, the TD Go Card provides the Cardholder access to Visa's Buxx Services including Purchase Security, Roadside Dispatch and Travel and Emergency Assistance Services. Notice: The Purchase Security applies only to Visa transactions made with a TD Go Card and excludes NYCE and ATM transactions. See the.Terms & Conditions.for more details around accessing these services.

Thanks. I tried it and can confirm that the TD Go card will allow you to avoid fees on the Penny Arcade. Teller said I could have to money deposited to my account or have the cash. I'm not sure the TD Go card would take a deposit in this manner, so I just took the cash.

Citi did not charge as cash advance for NW Buxx
Contrary to the wiki and others' experience in this thread, I did an initial load to a NW Buxx with the Citi Hilton Reserve card and it posted as a purchase. No cash advance fees. Specifically, it posted as "NATIONWIDE BANK/GIFT" under category "MORTGAGE COMPANIES-FINANCIAL INSTITUTION".
This was accidental, bcs I'm a dope and forgot it was supposed to be different from TD Buxx, but it ended up being a hopefully useful data point for someoene else.
