Question for those doing loads at WM. When using the phone app barcode, I see the load limit per transaction is $999. I have a bunch of $200s I'm trying to liquidate. Do you ask the clerk for a $800 load, broken up over 4 different swipes? Or can I do several individual $200 loads with only one swipe each? What is the best method here?

Is it only barcode required id? I am using barcode and every time I need to show id. How about using the physical card?

3 weeks since account shut down and have still not received a check for the $5K in funds that was in the account at the time of shut down. Called One support to check the status of repayment and they told me they have no way to tell if it's been sent or not. I'm going to wait out 30 days and file a CFPB complaint if I don't receive the funds back.
P2 & P3 accounts still active with usual loading and bill payments.

are you keeping a balance in there? or withdrawing immediately? any normal debit card usage? just trying to gauge your customer profile and if you've done anything to help avoid shutdown

I leave some to bake the 5%. I never withdraw. Only ACH pull for cc payments. Handful of small debit charges.

10 days ago I was able to load close to the $3000 daily limit to the card at SCO. Today I tried to load multiple $200 VGCs, but only the first load went through successfully. The second load didn't work and it called the associates for overriding. But after overriding the whole transaction got cancelled. I tried a second SCO machine, same thing happened. Anyone else had similar experience?
