Is there anyone here that still ships to USA?
IME totally not worth it. they have a really bad DE process set up for fail. extreme delays and losing packages and unreachable. Seems like they don't scan items in DE. they transfer of approx. every week to another location and only then start scanning. they don't scan in order of delivery date. just all over the place. and meanwhile we're left in the dark still guessing if they lost something 5 weeks after delivery. |

Just got my PM check this morning (requested 12/28, received 1/7, amount $596)
Still waiting on MYS check (requested 1/3, amount $1,100) TDB send my ACH payment >$4k within 2 business days this week |
I have also been waiting for payment from PM. Requested about a week ago, so hopefully should receive it by the end of the coming week. It seems like a slow spell for sales until around Feb. I currently only work with BFMR and PM, and it has definitely been light on the deals. Especially for on Amazon. I have 10K more of spend to put on my SW card.

New to FT. I mean I read & visited many times but this is my 1st post
I've used all the main BG over the past few years. MYS, USA, PM, and now also tried TBD, EMB & BFMR. Having issues now with USA (I wouldn't suggest anyone to ship to them... only drop off) They haven't given DE updates to even know where they're holding. all my items delivered were scanned in besides 3 packages delivered to them 5 weeks ago by Amz. They don't have helpful cs. weeks passed by and still haven't followed up. Amazon refuses to refund since tracking says delivered: "Since this item was sent to a freight forwarder, I’m not able to replace or refund it unless we receive valid tracking confirmation that the original item was never received by the freight forwarder. Please send a screenshot of the tracking page from the freight forwarder’s official website to [email protected] and indicate if you’d prefer a refund or replacement. You can expect a response within 1-2 business days." USA finally responded: "We are not scanning this week due to inventory counts. Once that is done, we are going to get everything scanned as soon as we can." Not helpful... Because if this I dug a little more and it seems USA just has a terrible DE process. seems like they do not scan in DE. They just pick everything approx. once a week from DE and transport to their main warehouse and only then scan. because of this, they do not even scan in things in order by date delivered! In short, a system set to fail and prone to delays and misplacing. Laughably on their site this is the latest "update": "Delaware Updates: We currently have all items checked in delivered before Sunday, October 31st if you are missing anything delivered before than please submit your issues via the following link (removed) Submissions are responded to within 24-48 hours. Delaware was picked up Tuesday, November 30th. POs and checks will be released as soon as we have completed the check in." My point here is to: 1. warn others about USA's process 2. ask if there's any way I can be refunded for my 3 "lost" packages? is it worth reaching out [email protected]? anyone gave experience? will that hurt my Amz account? Yeah I agree with you. Like you, I've dealt with all the BGs over the years and each have their pros and cons. Black Friday this year with them is a joke. Took them more than a month to check in orders from black friday. Amazon would only investigate/refund packages that shows delivered by them if it is within 30 days, my rule of thumb is 2 weeks. Any lost packages beyond 30 days, you're .... out of luck. For this BF season, most of my packages with exception of 2 is accounted for with USA. So awaiting that. Also, took them over 2 weeks to cut a check I requested in mid December. So pretty much, I am losing a lot of trust in USA during busy seasons. They may be ok during not busy seasons (e.g. busy seasons as in black friday or prime day).. but with this recent black friday exp and with other BGs out there, I don't feel incline to work with USA after I get my last check from them. |

Been awaiting payment from MYS for two weeks. Opened ticket with them today, they replied that I should contact them 7 business days after requesting payment. It has already been 7 business days… Any one else having recent issues with MYS payments?

Are you referring to PM or USA?
PM responds om tickets and WhatsApp. USA on the other hand there's no one to talk to. How do you contact USA? They don't respond to tickets or Whatsapp and they always lose packages |

Either I'm messaging the wrong number or they're intentionally ignoring me. What number are you messaging?

I am interested too in knowing the number as I have nearly 5 packages unaccounted with them for since Nov 15th last year.

More of a vent than anything. BFMR is really pissing me off. They were buying Switch OLEDs for the best price about a month ago. I shipped my OLEDs on my own dime from Alaska. A tracking number needed to be submitted by 12/17. I got busy the day I shipped and forgot to upload the tracking. My package was received by them on 12/16. Now they are saying they won't pay me and want me to provide them w a label to send the items back to me. So basically I'm out $100 in shipping costs, and $250 in profits. FML
I know, I screwed up not uploading tracking, but FFS they received the package before the deadline to even send the item out. edit: I know of about a dozen other buyers who sent them stuff (who didnt make an error like me) and BFMR is trying to reject their items incorrectly. BFMRs squeaky clean reputation is getting dragged through the mud rn for how they are handling their consoles. |

Not sure if the shipping agency (USPS, UPS, etc) can retrieve a tracking number if you provide a ship date, but i'd try.
As I said they are trying to screw others who did everything right, so my case isn't isolated. Take it for what it is. |
Very frustrating. like you said, you know you messed up and didn't follow their process but since it was delivered before their date, would they agree to keep it but at a lower amount that you both agree. like at least that you break even and forgive the profit?

Few months ago PM buying ipad mini for about $5 higher than other groups. They sent out cut off date and I was able to squeeze in a few more ipads just in time. Suddenly all of my ipads arrived to their warehouse after their announcement being asked to be returned, same reason the wrap was damaged.
It least I can get free return label from walmart and the return was accepted. Not sure if they're playing dirty or not. |

BTW I had 3 packages previously went missing with BFMR and their solution is always let me deal with the retailer or CC issuer. They won't take any responsivity even package was signed for by their employees. At least other groups eat that loss. |
