Any tips on how to get Dell orders through ? Been trying multiple ways and so far 4 cancelled orders.

you send it to the addresses at the bottom of the deals, they are in tax free states so it will come up without taxes.

I think just about the only way is to ship the orders to yourself and then mail to the group. However, once you try shipping to the group directly from Dell, they essentially blacklist your account and you have to call order verification to get them to unblock it. You have to explain to them why you tried shipping to the group (they know the group addresses), and in the end you will likely not get your account unblocked. Speaking from experience on that last part. I tried calling several times and they even agreed they would unblock my account, but my orders that I try to ship to my home address still get auto-cancelled. The sales team tells you to talk to the verification team, and the verification team tells you to talk to the sales team. They send you in a never-ending loop but in the end your orders will not go through.
Side note: If you're somehow lucky enough to get a Dell order through and going through Points Maker, their direct links go through fat coupon. So if you try to do Rakuten it won't track saying you used another portal. So PM decided they wanted some extra on top. Just copy the link then close the window and open another and paste. |

I'll try and bark up the Amex tree and with any luck they would put pressure on dell or drop them (if enough people complained). I know we're an extreme minority but hopefully it would at least put the issues on their radar.

They never unblock it. I've called numerous times, every time the guy in india says I can order online now. He's probably punching keys on a fake keyboard to make me think he's doing something. I can't even get stuff shipped to the house. If I can't even get stuff shipped to my address I'll try and bark up the Amex tree and with any luck they would put pressure on dell or drop them (if enough people complained). I usually don't even bother with Best Buy, but since I have some BB GC I'd like to cash out I tried to place an order for BFMR. I used new EVERYTHING but the orders always got cancelled within 5 min. Then I tried to play with the shipping address but after about 15min, the orders still got cancelled. I tried about 10 times but nothing went through... I wonder if I have to be, say, the first 10 people to place the order for it to get through? smh. Any help would be appreciated

PSA: my coins have sat DELIVERED with PM for two weeks. Still no credit. Two tickets have yielded nothing positive yet. "We're working on it".

Any recent DP's on BFMR? I'm wanting to send an Xbox to them that I bought through Best Buy. It's a pickup only item so I can't have it directly shipped to them so I'll need to ship from home. I feel like I've been seeing more negative testimonials than positive.

Anyone have contact info for anyone at USA Buying Group? I had a check request pending for almost 3 weeks (mostly for items that took 3 weeks to get checked in, but that's not what I'm here to rant about today) on Friday morning I opened a ticket, Got a response later that day that they will work on getting me a check. Today I checked their portal and my balance shows updated what it should be after the check was issued. I go to echecks and no check. I go back to the buying group portal and look at where it shows checks issued, I see it shows my check as having been processed on 11/14.
Would appreciate if anyone has any contact info of anyone working at the buying group, would rather not sit around waiting for them to answer my ticket when a $3000 check just disappeared into cyberspace. |
Following up. Pointsmaker, yes PM, is still very delayed. I'm assuming others are having the same issue? Over two weeks of sitting on my coins with no credit. I suggest others avoid until things get cleared up.
Meanwhile they have no problem taking the time to send out multiple messages daily about new deals. |
