I know this is slightly off topic but this seems to be the only place that people might know the answer.
Anyone ever tried using ACH deposits from a buying group to trigger a bank bonus that requires direct deposit?

Does anyone know of any ways to contact USA Buying Group other than opening a tickets? Like What'sapp or FB?

I understand some buyers or the buying group owners may need a better way to look up the order status and product price. I just started to implement some APIs to make them easier to obtain. They usually respond quickly, but yeah they have been dead quiet via ticket. It seems that they are very slow this year on checking in items this year for BF. I have a lot of packages delivered 3 weeks ago and it seems that they are checking in packages randomly (e.g. package from late Nov got checked in and package from last week checked in in the same day). Meanwhile other BG have already finished their black friday delivery rush.

I feel you. My ordered are delivered on 11/17, more than a month ago!
Probably not going to deal with USA GB again :(

I have raised tickets thru their portal and usually get a response within 2 business days.

They seem to have become quicker in the last week. All my shipments as late as 12/22 have been checked in by 12/24.

Pointsmaker is Slower than ever in sending payments. They owe me over 7k for items received 2 weeks ago. No response when sending tickets except for the occasional nonsense that "we are still faster than everyone else."

While I never received such a response yes they have been slower in the past 2 months.. But payments have been paid within 10 days for me but even 10 days after checkin which takes another 7-10 days is not something sustainable specially when other bg's complete everything within days .

I got in touch with them and they said they hope to be caught up by end of this week.

Looking for Authentic Buying groups.

I wouldn't believe it. Worst group I've ever used, nothing but problems and unbearable slowness, regret the day I ever sent anything to them and will never again. Don't respond to tickets, total disrespect and disregard for the customer.

My best experiences have been with Buyformeretail, Thedealbuyer and EMBdeals

I hope BG's buying covid test kits will sell them at cost to needy folks or give away, (wishful thinking I know) but where do ya draw the line when people's lives are involved. Consoles, echo dots, gadgets I understand, but Binaxnow?
