I don't use tickets I whatsapp him whenever I have an issue, and response time is pretty decent.
I got alot of stuff checked in the past couple days and other people I know also said that they are getting their stuff checked in so it seems to be true.

Sorry, was traveling, didn't see this til now. I believe that you can request to join their whatsapp via a ticket or it might be listed on the their site. Once on their ping on the admins that posts deals like Avi or Nathan Hertz. They should be able to look into it.

Any direct contacts for BFMR? I need to send something back to retailer and window is closing soon, but they are extremely slow to respond. About 7 days after each reply. Please DM if don't want to post publicly.

Payment request for pointsmaker since 12/22 still not processed yet. They keep giving same canned answer.
I feel like they're having issue with cashflow.

PM just sent a notice that they sent payments for requests up to 12/21. I know that doesn't really help ya. They owe me a couple grand and I'm not sweating it.

I know the bottom of the market fell out on consoles recently. Some of the bigger console buyers are having issues and taking big losses (like BFMR who kept their buy prices too high for too long, but to their credit are still paying out). I don't think PM was very heavy in consoles because their buy prices were pretty terrible.

Been awaiting payment from MYS for two weeks. Opened ticket with them today, they replied that I should contact them 7 business days after requesting payment. It has already been 7 business days… Any one else having recent issues with MYS payments?

I had to keep 'reminding' them via my open ticket.....they eventually paid almost a month after showing it was delivered and received. I think USA Buying Group can now rest easy knowing they're not the slowest any longer.

Considering BFMR only has six open deals and few, if any, are currently on sale, I would say that they overbought quite a bit this season.

A couple of things I have noticed recently.

EMB has always been great with fast check-in and same-day checks but if you need support you will not get it. If the price drops and they scan it in lower they will not respond to tickets. I'm short like $300 at this point. I have tickets that have been open since the beginning of December with no response. This happened a few months ago as well. Never got a response. I think I'll have to stop using them. Can't be taking losses. Other groups are slow but at least I can get some kind of response eventually.

USA has gotten even slower than usual. I finally got paid last night for items that were delivered in November. I also have boxes delivered on December 10th that are still not checked in. Support says they have them in the warehouse but they are not checked in yet.

Almost no deals now on PM, BFMR or EMB. I only started in October so is this typical for year end? Makes sense they ramp up for Christmas, but how have deals been in the winter and spring time in past year?

New to FT. I mean I read & visited many times but this is my 1st post

I've used all the main BG over the past few years. MYS, USA, PM, and now also tried TBD, EMB & BFMR.

Having issues now with USA (I wouldn't suggest anyone to ship to them... only drop off)

They haven't given DE updates to even know where they're holding. all my items delivered were scanned in besides 3 packages delivered to them 5 weeks ago by Amz.
They don't have helpful cs. weeks passed by and still haven't followed up.

Amazon refuses to refund since tracking says delivered:
"Since this item was sent to a freight forwarder, I’m not able to replace or refund it unless we receive valid tracking confirmation that the original item was never received by the freight forwarder. Please send a screenshot of the tracking page from the freight forwarder’s official website to [email protected] and indicate if you’d prefer a refund or replacement. You can expect a response within 1-2 business days."

USA finally responded: "We are not scanning this week due to inventory counts. Once that is done, we are going to get everything scanned as soon as we can."
Not helpful...

Because if this I dug a little more and it seems USA just has a terrible DE process. seems like they do not scan in DE. They just pick everything approx. once a week from DE and transport to their main warehouse and only then scan. because of this, they do not even scan in things in order by date delivered!

In short, a system set to fail and prone to delays and misplacing.

Laughably on their site this is the latest "update":
"Delaware Updates:
We currently have all items checked in delivered before Sunday, October 31st if you are missing anything delivered before than please submit your issues via the following link (removed)
Submissions are responded to within 24-48 hours.
Delaware was picked up Tuesday, November 30th. POs and checks will be released as soon as we have completed the check in."

My point here is to:
1. warn others about USA's process
2. ask if there's any way I can be refunded for my 3 "lost" packages? is it worth reaching out [email protected]? anyone gave experience? will that hurt my Amz account?

Are you referring to PM or USA?
PM responds om tickets and WhatsApp.
USA on the other hand there's no one to talk to.
How do you contact USA? They don't respond to tickets or Whatsapp and they always lose packages
